Your file is very dirty - many cells are marked as modified. Please clean it with TESAME (tutorial here). You also only have a dependency on Morrowind. You will need both Tribunal and Bloodmoon to mod for TR.

A brief look at your island tells me you need to add a lot more detail. You need to add textures to the land and many more objects - large areas with nothing placed are not acceptable. Look at the vanilla Morrowind areas and try to recreate that kind of object-density.

A quick question but i'll fix it anyways why does it need a dependancy on both tribunal and bloodmoon as well as morrowind? Also where can i get TESAME?

We require Tribunal and Bloodmoon because we use the new features introduced by them.

TESAME can be downloaded from this site, here.

I just had a look at this and there was nothing but a landmass with no textures on it and a single sack of gold- are you sure you cleaned it correctly? You might have accidentally deleted everything.

what else would double posting be other than two posts made by the same person at almost the same time.

download and use gimp. You could also take photos with a digital camera, or use a scanner at your local library.

In short, brain cells. And I agree with Tyrion; that looks exactly like a diagram I drew in Psychology way back when.

It'd be much easier to see your work if you found a clearer method of uploading it.

Well, I guess technically that piece of concept art is functional, in that a modeler could make something from it. But with this quality I can't call it a good concept.

Well thanks for the comment, I know ive been away for long and I will start working on my artistic skill but I was wondering, could you give me some pointers to help me improve? (Also i did only make it in about 15 mins I should have took more time to make it as good as possible.)
