I have a couple things i would like to ask:
Can someone point me in the direction to find the file to download that makes the map in game have player to be able to see all of the areas around Vverdenfell island including the areas far away from it that are in the Tamriel Rebuilt Mod? I found it once on here but forgot to download it and now cannot find it.
Also I would like to help with the building of Tamriel in Morrowind. Ive looked at a number of things in posts here on this site and im still not sure what i should take a hack at. Ive created basic personal mods in the past so far. (alot of cookie cutting in the past im sorry to say) yet i think that ive learned a good amount (for me atleast; im quite sure its basicly nothing compared to you guys )still very wet behind the ears with this. Im thinking i might like interior modding. Can someone help me or point me in the right direction? Thanks
a few things....

There are two options for the map. The one I use is the Morrowind Code Patch, which zooms the map out, allowing more to fit. The other one whose name I forget makes the map black and white, but retains the standard resolution. Google is your friend when it comes to finding download links.

gridsnap set to a power of two should put them together for the most part. To do truly impressive stuff, you need to be minutely precise, but that is never required (only encouraged)
