Are there any joinable Tamriel rebuilt factions in the mod or in the making or planned for the future in Tamriel Rebuilt?

It should be mentioned that probably not all of those factions will be 'joinable'

Twin lamps (in the original game) cannot be joined in the conventional way. You have to free a certain number of slaves before you can do quests for them.

I believe you will have to be member of the Hlaalu House and free many slaves in Vardenfell in order to become member of the Twin lamps, you can become a member in Vivec, I can tell you who and where if you want me to.

If you happen to be a Telvanni, you might be able to join the House Hlaalu and thus become member of the Twin Lamps, although I believe its a `bug` that you can join both.

The quests are officially House Hlaalu quests (I get this information from the UESP), however, any player can complete the twin lamps quests if they free at least twenty slaves and receive the code phrase.

talking of factions, I was walking around Ghostgate today and I forgot that there is an interesting mentionings about "Ordinator rankings".

Eitherway Besides the factions listed on the link that Evil_eye provided, there is alot of factions that you will eventaully be able to join. Including a fair few new ones, and some suprises.
