I have Oblivion and shivering isles on 360 and have recently bought Morrowind (+bloodmoon and tribunal) for PC. I found out about this site from UESPwiki and would like to help in any way I can.
Ways I can help:
I am taking art at GCSE so I could help out with any artisitic stuff
I can write well as well so could help with that
I know very little about computer programming so I wouldn't really be able to contribute in those ares
I would be happy to help with whichever project anybody wants me to morrowind or hammerfell although as I am more of an oblivion player I would probly be better off doing hammerfell
I could do voice acting but I won't be able to do that until after christmas when I get a new computer that is able to record sound
I really appreciate the work that you are doing here and am eager to contribute in any way possible.
I'd like to hep in any way I can

Hi there, good to see you're showing an interest in helping!
On the Morrowind side, we can always do with more interior and exterior modders. There are lots of tutorials for making them, and it's really a lot like a scaled-up version of lego, no programming involved. If you happen to make a showcase interior, I'll be more than happy to review it.
Hammerfell mostly requires modelers and exterior modders if my memory serves me correctly. The goldmoor architecture set is currently missing a rich set, and lots of furniture and the like is still required if we are to finish Rihad and Taneth for release to the public. Again, lots of tutorials on the internet with which to learn how to use blender or 3dsmax or whatever for making 3d models. Then you could have a go at making a model from some of our concept art perhaps?
Concept art is also a very useful department. If you can provide high-quality images (preferably uploaded off a decent scanner or drawn using a graphics tablet) of things that need making or redesigning, and also have it be in keeping with the Morrowind/Hammerfell aesthetic, then I'm sure that would be very useful. Have a look through our concept art forums to get a feel for the look we're after.
You say you don't know much about computer programming. We don't do any such thing per se, although scripting (which is mostly a part of the quest making process) is sort-of similar. However, the Morrowind Scripting language is simple enough that you could pick it up very quickly given a little effort (plus a tutorial and access to a copy of morrowind scripting for dummies).
Anyway, I'm rambling as I so often do. What I suggest is to read the stickies at the top of the showcase forum, have a go at making a sample piece of work for any of the departments, and then someone from that department will be over as soon as possible to give hints and tips on how to improve and get up to TR standard. The point of the showcase is to help improve you skills, so don't despair if your first submitted piece doesn't get you promoted. I look forward to seeing what you come up with, good luck!
