I was looking at the map for Hammerfell, and I couldn't see Lainlyn anywhere. From Daggerfall, Lainlyn was one of the few city-states with a bit of story too it. It is also the only city-state I can think of that is in some way mentioned in a later game.(In the Fighter's Guild official plug-in.)
And also, will northeastern Hammerfell be jungle?
Will Lainlyn appear?

yes to both. Lainlyn is small so it isn't on the map.
