Jesus, TF, you had enough time to tell me you couldn't fix it, but you didn't have enough time to delete your posts so this didn't happen? Who woulda guessed that, after you called attention to the claims yesterday, someone might've claimed one?

The building identified in that image is a claim that has not gone up. This and #24 are different.

Could I add a window? TR cities often seem to lack windows, and it makes places invoke a sense of claustrophobia.

too many lights, placing things on things and in things is bad as well when you can pick them up. Also feels sparse.

This barely has over 50 refs. It needs a bit more detail. You don't always have to get over 100 refs in small ints like this, but you have to at least get close.
