Serjo Praedator, I found that, looking through the file above myself, that around half of those errors listed above were, in fact, non-errors.

I might go through each point by point...

"light_de_lamp_01_77 is floating" it's actually not. It IS bleeding into the closet next to it, however.

"expensive_shirt_03 on top of closet needs another ‘f’ing, maybe even twice " not saying this isn't an error, but he could always jus move it back so it's on a flat plane and then hold z and drag it down a tiny bit, so that it doesn't plummet to the ground. I find that this is a MUCH more effective way of dropping items when they're malliable.

"misc_de_pot_blue_02 needs some minor rotation to match surface " actually, no it doesn't it was rotated well.

"ne food_kwama_egg_02 is floating in bowl, the other hangs between floating egg and bowl. Try to have at least one egg at the bottom of the bowl, and insert the other between egg and bowl, so that they only slightly touch " erm, this is fine.

Just for your reference, I'm picking a few, not all of them.

"Both ingred_emerald_01 need to be rotated to match the surface of the desk " Once again, this is quite alright.

"The Gold_025 should be rotated slightly to match the surface " See above.

"I still think there are too few rugs and tapestries, those which you added are good, and the clutter on top is adjusted well. " Maybe in the hallway down to the basement, only. Look at the interior as a whole picture, and you'll see that he doesn't need and even can't really can't put in many more rugs/tapestries.

"Misc_DE_glass_green_01, misc_de_pot_blue_01, misc_de_pot_green_01, misc_de_pot_glass_peach_01 and misc_de_pot_redware_04_uni on the bookshelf are placed nearly perfect, only 0.1-0.2 points off. If you are placing objects on de_p surfaces you can actually use the same angles for more objects as long as they are on the same face of the surface. " =/ .1 to .2 points. Oh shit, that much? Actually, as far as I can tell, these are actually fine how they are.

"silver dart’s need to be rotated to match the surface " they're fine.

and that's just a handful of them. the most blatant errors, I would say, are that floating basket, Ilmeni Dren's chest (:P), the skillbook, and the tapestries in the basement hall. Other than that, I'd say this interior is VERY well cluttered and VERY well rotated, and is VERY up to par with TR standards. Fix those major errors, and a few on Praedator's list, like the prongs, and I'll definitely recommend you.

about the papers - paper is one of the worst objects in the CS. F'ing it twice make it too low, while only 1 gets it floating. There IS a solution to this, and it's not Praedator's. F it twice so that it is bleeding, then open up it's properties and raise it by decimal numbers until it's just not "cracking." (That's what I think it looks like.)

Overall, very nice interior. You're there, and I have to say there I have very little problem with you're rotating skills :) I half want to recommend you now, but I do think you should fix this one more time, and then without hesitation, I'll recommend you.

I'm going to have to review this aren't I...

Lamp IS floating slightly, bleeding as well
Shirt is on a strange surface. f-ing another time or 2 is the only way it will rest well there. The angle is close enough to correct that this is the ideal solution.
Pot 02 is so SLIGHTLY off the angle of the dresser that I call this a non-error
Eggs seem a bit off in the bowl. One bleeds and another doesn't touch the edge. Seems perfectly reasonable, and simple enough to simply select both eggs and move them so that the bleeding one is resting fine. I would imagine this would put the floating one rather close to the other side of the bowl, an ideal position.
Emeralds are also so very slightly off the angle of the desk that only praedator and myself would notice it. I would not hold this against someone if they made this error.
coins only hang off the desk at the back, and for less than the width of a coin. Non-error
Tapestry quantity is fine in my opinion. I do want to say though that I am REALLY not a fan of doors behind tapestries. I wouldn't hold back a promotion though because of it. (I know there was that vanilla redoran manor with the door behind the tapestry, but still)
Pointing out the minutia of errors with sarcastic remarks is not helpful. I do want to say though that those pieces look fine to me, and no one would ever notice any problems with them if there are any. Such corrections are fine when doing interior reviews, but something as small as this is only going to make us seem like crazy people in the showcase.
Darts are all resting to one side of the tip. I suppose they are fine if you figure that the feathers at the back are rigid enough to support the weight of the dart. I could really see this going either way.

I did not go in depth, I only checked the things Shapeshiftr pointed out.

I guess my point was to say that a long list of errors that really half of them are so minute that even promoted modders wouldn't get called out on them really discourages potential modders and gives them the idea that they're not as good as they actually are. Things like Crow saying "That's still quite a daunting list..." IMHO really shouldn't be happening, as this was a damn good interior, and those mistakes are mistakes that are so infinitesimally minute that no sane player would ever catch them. Again, IMHO, the showcase is a place not to correct every single little mis-rotated item, but to learn how to create a feeling in whatever area you are applying in that makes the application piece feel like it fits in. This, of course, includes small to blatant b/f's (bleeders/floaters), but not so tiny that it's near impossible to fix them. The main thing we're looking for in terms of TR standards is being able to [make an interior] that fits in with the rest of morrowind, and fits in with the other work being done here.

@Euron/Crowman - sorry about flaming up your showcase thread, erm, keep up the good work, and, uh, keep in mind some stuff I said. *mumbles to himself*

I actually agree, I just didn't like that you claimed those weren't errors. They are errors, just ones that are so small they are irrelevant.

Err....

okay then, um, i'm'na go back and work on my showcase now...

so, where exactly are we as far as a consensus on what I need to fix now? obviously the few b/f's, the silver darts, expensive shirt, probably a book or two...but all the dishware, emeralds, etc? I plan to have another look at everything, but it sounds like I'm being told that most of it is acceptable.

I dunno, the half review from TF kinda threw me off there. doesn't really tell me much, but sounds like you're agreeing with Shapeshiftr on some and Preadator on others and I don't really know where to go with it.

Edit: Fuck it, it's probably good practice to try to fix as much of it as possible anyway. (Still be nice to know where I am on promotion though ;) )

The things that praedator said that I didn't say were fine/good enough need to be fixed. Terribly sorry about this mess. I could clean it out when I wake up if you'd like.

(I'd leave praedator's review with the instructions to fix everything he says that you can actually tell is wrong.)

hm, I can probably figure it out from that. what about the stuff shapeshiftr pointed out? if you didn't mention it, should I try to fix it anyway?

Oh, and a TESAME question for anyone who can answer it: Is there a way to do multiple select other than ctrl clicking EVERY SINGLE REFERENCE?! I have over 1500 GMSTs to get rid of!

Euron actually requested himself to list ever single error to learn from that. So I did a full review. I even didn't list several tiny errors, but listed those that he can learn from.
Things like Crow saying "That's still quite a daunting list..." IMHO really shouldn't be happening, as this was a damn good interior, and those mistakes are mistakes that are so infinitesimally minute that no sane player would ever catch them. Actually if Euron shows some improvement rotating i am recommending him in his third try with his first interior, believe me that does not happen often.

That explains the need of TR standards.

[Edit] Shapeshiftr wat is your interest in an interior that is someone elses? As I am not very happy with the way you want to work together in a team, and I start to believe I should give the writing assignment for the Alma Rula to someone else who is less troublesome.
