Thanks, and I'm not really doing these so they'll be used, it's more of to display my abilities and kick some ideas around. Of course if a focus group comes up looking for a spider, snail thing, or an assortment of weapons, I'm there. So whatever comes to mind I'll put up. If you have any ideas I'll give my hand at them too.

Very nice drawings, especially the spider. You certainly have skill with the pencil.

I will have to repeat my earlier critique regarding ideas though. As drawings, these look great. As concepts, these aren't superb. For instance, I don't really see what makes this crab spider uniquely different from normal crab spiders in nature. We need strange and unique morrowind-like creatures. Not to mention that concept art isn't even needed if we can just steal the thing from nature.
The humanoid snail monster just looks weird and unfit for morrowind. However I like that you do seem to have used a reference for the shell like I suggested to you. The shell has nice detail.

I understand what you're saying Myzel. Although it's kind of difficult to figure out what could fit into the Morrowind landscape and still be unique and natural at the same time. I took a look at some of the concepts done for the cephalopod and I think I'm understanding it a bit more. The concepts seem to depict animals that are chimeric in nature. They're definetly not seen in nature, but are composed of natural elements. I think my snail monster was a step in the right direction but was a little to mad scientesty for Morrowind. I think this concept is closer to what concept art for tamriel-rebuilt is looking for. Also, I gave it a cool name.

You seem to get the idea.
While it doesn't look incredibly original or unique, this praying lobster (:P) is definitely a step in the right direction.
The creature concepts that we're really looking for are rather specific and more demanding, but it's hardly fair to hold those standards in my critique.
