A few graphical glitches for Stirk

First of all, there is a small corner of the gold mine with a bad shader http://kriscrash.dk/art/2010/jun/badshader-polle-goldmine.jpg I hope you can see my location on the minimap

2: In the ocean between Anvil and Stirk, several cells of water are not loading Can this be a conflict with other mods? I don't have many unofficial ones save for patches and small things, but I do have one that changes the opacity of water to be less cloudy.

don't mind the "you cannot go any further this way", it doesn't bother me, I just take the boat
Now I've had missing exterior cells happen twice before but never persistently.

The following contains spoilers:
3: Bringing the Adoring Fan to the later parts of the main quest severely breaks the Blindness effect http://kriscrash.dk/art/2010/jun/not-blind2.jpg :P
Alenion, however, is QUITE BLIND. Glad I didn't trust him to guide me.

4: Whenever just arriving on Stirk, initiating the few first conversations with NPCs, the camera often flickers into a strange burst of polygons and zooms into its target, whereafter the conversation proceeds as normal. It's as if the camera pathing is a little bugged. This effect is random, but seems more likely to occur after just arriving, even on subsequent visits.

Running version 1.2 downloaded this morning from TESNexus.
