Hi, I am interested to claim this. I just wanted to ask if the int should look like this:

That's the correct shell size, but can you make the interior layout more interesting than 4 flat floors? I'm thinking open indoor areas, botanical gardens, atriums, balconies etc are the order of the day. Can you work something like that out? I'd like to know this before I grant you this claim.

The Almalexia guilds are the head guilds for the province, they need to be at least fairly interesting.

It's hard to do but possible. You need to know and use some exterior objects.

i3-13-ind is a good reference.

Hmm. The open area is quite nice, but it could do with a railing around it. I would also replace the current railing with stairs up to the stone, and an indoril floor might be better than the stone if that's possible. I would also move the stairs to the second and the stairs to the first floor leave a very odd thin bit that the player is expected to walk across. Maybe change them so they are facing the other way? Overall though, I think it has a very good look to it.

Have you considered what you are going to do with the top two floors? I thought they would be the head of the Morrowind FG's quarters, but if you go along with that idea make sure there is a door somewhere to be locked. Also, I would consider adding a basement because if the upper levels is the head's office the fighters would have nowhere to sleep.

To be perfectly honest with you, I think it looks rather silly. All the grey stone blocks look rather ugly together, in an interior. If you want something like that, perhaps consider placing it in the direction of the tiles rather than 45 degrees askew so that you need less of those. I love the idea of a two-floors-high area though, with balconies where one can look down on the people below. If you need some inspiration you can download Yeti's Council Chamber claim, it has some awesome places like that.

And as TG said, maybe an underground dormitory/smithy would be a good idea.

Me and Scamp had a chat on IRC, and I reckon it would be possible to using Indoril floor pieces to make the 45 degree bit. You could use one floor bit, one upside-down floor bit to be the ceiling and apparently there is an edge piece specifically for this. Why not try that and give it a railing?

I was thinking it might look good if the front third or so of the interior only had the ground floor as a large atrium, perhaps with some indoor gardens/planters either side of the entrance, and a grand staircase leading up to the 1st floor mezzanine?

Slightly, though I still don't like the horizontal walls and the small path between the stairs definitely needs to be wider. I can't help but feel it all looks extremely makeshifted. As I said, consider making the balconies straight instead of 45 degrees sideways and take a look at yeti's council house file.

Claiming. I promise that if I will not finish this, I will at least give a spiffy enough WIP file.

The ground floor will go a bit into the ground and there will be a 3x3 hole in the upper floor from which the players can see the ground floor and such. The upper floor will also include the majority of the services (blacksmiths and free beds), while the trainers would probably be on the lower floor.

The tower will be 4x4x3, to match the height of the thing. I will makeshift it nicely enough for the windows to still be middled. The tower will then include the head of the Fighters Guild, who will get the last two floors to himself (that will be two floors high actually, so you might consider it one floor, while the lowest floor of the tower will include the guild steward or whatever. You know, the guy who gives the lower-ranked quests.

I love the main hall, especially the way you have the steps leading into the middle. I don't really think the tower is that big though, and I feel the guild master would want to get to his tower by stairs and not a ladder.

Taking the exterior of this, it is impossible to use stairs for all the way up to the tip of the tower, so I thought I might as well use ladders, since those can be used without having to muck up everything else. On the side of the tower being too large, I just made it in proportion to the base of the building.

I just had no exact idea on how to fill up the great hall, so I thought I would give it to someone who is better with clutter.

I do not see any need for a kitchen or a dining room, taking the number of taverns and the like in the area, to be honest... o.O

The Imperial guilds usually do not attend their members every need, do they?

One of the four platforms in the great hall could in theory be set up to have a dining area.

I kinda like not having a kitchen/dining area here, it reinforces the feel that these guys are a bunch of Spartan mercenaries. A small smithy would be nice, but that can easily fit in one of the rooms upstairs. Ideally those rooms aren't full blown houses by the way, just places containing bunk beds for the members currently at the guild, like in the vanilla guilds. A small storage could easily fit into one of those rooms as well, but if it can't, storages are kinda dull anyway so I see no problem in not having one.

Well, Bero, I would quite like it if you were not the one to claim this. Nothing against you, but against your modding style seems to produce more errors than mine, and as this is quite a large interior, that could be a problem.

I had already made one of the upper rooms with a smithy in mind. The one right ahead of the player when getting up the stairs.

Not in almalexia it isn't I wouldn't say. I mean, you didn't do that in the mages guild did you?

Also, I must have missed when we decided to let modders bar others from taking claims. Bero can claim this if he wants, though the raised concerns about size and space usage do need to be addressed.

I was not saying I have any continued interest in the claim, just that I find Bero's modding style to be a bit rubbish. Oh well, it is not like I will have to review this anyway.
