Backup file. Unfortunately I havent gotten to NPCing the Daedric ruin yet. Got a few ideas going for that though. Also I'm not happy about the current state of the burial caverns, and haven't gotten enough work done. Really, it doesn't differ much from my older file with the exeption of some major pathgridding to the exterior of the Daedric ruin, which was a total pain in the ass, and some minor things I can't really remember.
I'm not entirely sure if this file really is clean since I worked on it since cleaning out remaining Seyda Vano activators. Also you might notice two cells are missing, these were added to A4West to make Scamp's life easier building Seyda Vano. If you want me to re-add them to this file just say so, because while I don't think they're really important they do leave a weird gap in the western border of our Sacred East release (assuming my file is still the northwestern border).
In short, this file isn't really worth looking at unless you want to see some painstaking pathgridding. I'm still working on it, but I apologise for being so slow.
edit:file removed, see below for most recent file.

Ended up being Gerzhae. Thanks.
All the NPCs should be sorted out now, but I still need dialogue and quests, I'll upload a file once there's more dialogue to check.
I believe we still need a new name for the Inlet Bog region, right? I asked Adan, he suggested Dar-Ulath. Sounds better than Inlet Bog, imho.

On name-changing the Bog, I'd prefer an English name to a Dunmer one. Most of vanilla's regions apart from Molag Amur and Sheogorad were English.

Most of our regions are Dunmeri, though. The regions in Vvardenfell might have been named by the Imperial colonists, seeing as the place was only settled recently.

Tea is important.

It is a placeholder name. I don't think Dar-Ulath stands for anything, so obviously there's no reason to have it in English.

Yep, the name should be changed.
Re: using English, it's just a question of style and consistency. It makes our regions stand out from Beth's work when 80% of Beth's regions are English and almost none of ours are. That's the only reason.

I don't think most people notice that. At least, I never pay much attention to whether region names are in English or Dunmeri; I just learn the names and move on.

Same goes for style mixing in interiors and npcs called Poustis Xoutis. But whatever. If what you mean is that you're making an executive call that discussion about this name change should stop, then I don't really want to get in an argument over something as trivial as that.

WIP uploaded below so arvisrend can playtest it. It still needs to be cleaned, and the dialogue sucks in places, but I'll get to that once it's been confirmed that the Ruinous Keep quest works.

There, cleaned and stuff. The necromancer keep quest should be playable.
There are still some issues with the "cleanness" of the file. It contains some weird objects, like a tr_misc_bottle_cork and signs for Almalexia, OE and Dondril, and I'm not sure if they're properly named and/or should belong in TR_Data instead of ending up in TR_Mainland.
Please revoke, I'll be focusing on Necrom now.
To the next claimant: I'm still not entirely happy with the dialogue for the Necromancer quest, feel free to improve upon it where you see fit. All this claim needs now is fleshing out of the Azura cult, I've already made a small start on that one. The idea was that Norveram sends you to this Winged Twilight Gerzhae (to be placed in M3A5's Narasnabad, Lost Shrine by merger) who sends you back to the guy who sends you into the ruin to Ra'Jarri the priest who will refuse you (because you're the Nerevarine, but that shouldn't be stated). Something to do with "not our destiny to guide you" et cetera. But at least you've gained access to the ruin. Feel free to ask for guidance here. Or to improve upon it.

I quickly nipped through and finished this up, although that's really not saying much - this was a very small claim and Why had finished all the big stuff, so I'm leaving it in his name.
I also skimped on the 'friendly Daedra cultists' quest, which seemed like an unnecessary preventing of the player looting a nice big Daedric ruin, in exchange for not much of an exciting quest. If anyone thinks that that should be readded, they're free to do so themselves. Just a question of tweaking AI and reinstating dialogue.
Given the lack of settlement, there's really not much to review here. Just a few lines of dialogue, mostly relating to one quest.

I don't think it's an error; you can have bc_knee stuff in solid ground; they're tree stumps technically, aren't they?
