Weird Bug Caused By Mods

This is not a TR related bug, it happens after I install a mod. I don't know which one causes it. I couldn't find anything helpful on the net.

My encumburance gets set to zero. To be more exact, all the items I put in my inventory weigh zero units. I can carry all I want, as much as I want. This isn't a game breaker, it's even manageable to stay honest (not carrying more than my strength allows) with a pen a paper, but it bugs me.

Has anyone ever had this?
Is there a fix?
