Can anyone help me or point me to a tutorial for doing a heightmap in Skyrim CK?

Skyrim's CK doesn't currently support heightmaping - you have to make them in an external program and import them in. I believe there should be tutorials for it in the Creation Kit subsection of the official forums (don't have time to look atm)
