One-way trip to the Mages Guild Relay

Just went to Firewatch with a new lvl1 character, joined the Mages Guild, teleported to the relay in Bal Oyra, and the Argonian there refuses to send me back, saying "I am sorry, %PCName. My special services are a privilege of higher rank."


Copypasted descriptions of Map1 and 2 since I have no idea where version info might be:

Map 1: Telvannis is the first of a six-installment project by the TR Team to create the mainland area of Morrowind. This .esm, Public Version 2.0, contains every single quest (100+) minus the Main Quest for Map 1.

Map 2: Antediluvian Secrets is the second of a six-installment project by the TR Team to create the mainland area of Morrowind.

It happens to me too. I guess it was a mess up that they will fix with the next release. I was ranked as high as I could get and they still didn't let me teleport.

I believe it's due to the fact that there aren't enough quests available in the current release to advance far enough, which is also why you can't access some of the quests at all, but in later releases there'll be more quests so you can use to advance.
