Size of imperial city

Hi i'm new.

I was wondering what would be the size of the imperial city would be if oblivion was to scale with daggerfall.

I want to know because i want to make a mod that puts the imperial city to it's right size.

The size of daggerfall is 62 square miles.

My guess would be about 4 (without trying to measure anything accurately, I'm guessing the island the IC sits on is about a fifteenth the size of the Daggerfall game area)
