Tamriel Rebuilt Quests - SOLVED

Post by Neren »

Hello everyone!

I have played the newest Tamriel rebuilt map mod
which have all three maps! I love it but i just wondered
that:

Will there be quests in the mod which include battles like
wars on cities or marching to other lands like that?

Thanks for the kind words!

We have a few plans for larger battles floating around, but Morrowind's AI is quite primitive, so we'll have to see if we can pull it off.

GOOD! I hope it will work well in the game!

I'm a huge fan of Elder scrolls!!!

Daggerfall was huge but in Morrowind there are more spells on
my opinion!
Climbing is awesome too, and alchemy.

By theway, did i put my topic to wrong place?

Keep Up the GOOD WORK!!

Getting Started

Post by Rouncole »

Hey everybody, id be willing to put money down that im off topic but im to lazy to find just the right thread to post this so yeah, sorry in advance... xD

I just got started with TR and I had all the mesh issues before, walking a good 20 steps and getting a dozen errors... xD

I found that fix when I just got here, havent tried it out yet but im hopeful. Anyhow, the point of why im here is that im curious about how to officially start one if any of the TR maps, if there is some official travel method that would be best to use or how ever its supposed to work...

Oh, and anything else that would be good to know without ruining surprises would be much appreciated too...

Thanks! =D

At the moment, you can teleport to Firewatch via the same NPC that teleports you to Mournhold, or you can swim/waterwalk, or you can Divine-Intervention. We don't have ship service yet (will come with the Heartland release at the latest). The Almalexia release will give yet another way to get on Mainland but that's in the future.

The easiest way to get to TR land is through Effe-Tei(?) in Mournhold, or by casting Almsivi Intervention in Sadrith Mora. From there on out, just go your own way.

Yeah, I think ill just water walk to somewhere when im done with my quest line at the moment, I dont like using fast travel kind of a rule I play by...

Whats great though, I have a perfect water walking system worked out, I use the dogmeat pack guar mod to have a mule carry crap around for me, I use constant effect on myself and two rings that do water walking on target 60 sec that I cast on 'guar' to make sure he keeps following me around, while I go and dive for pearls where ever I go..... xD

Oh, another thing, whats the difference between the landmasses, I see the big huge one to the east, then a little thin one to the west near solsteim or however its spelled...

If you're only using TR there shouldn't be anything near Solstheim yet

It could be one of two things:

1. Silgrad Tower which is many years old and not part of TR and a separate mod entirely, or the more likely;

2. A map bug that happens from time to time associated with the Morrowind code patch. I've seen it happen both with and without (hard to reproduce for me, though), but if you haven't enabled the large map for TR in the installation menu I'd highly recommend it.
