The Witcher I and II is pretty darn awesome. Mass Effect is also nice, although I'm stretching the "like elder scrolls" thing with that one...

Planescape: Torment
Baldur's Gate II
Deus Ex
Knights of the Old Republic II

None of them are like Elder Scrolls, but you have to play them all so you can join the rest of us boring old farts who complain PC gaming has gone to the dogs

Avernum 4 is a rpg with 1 to 4 characters and many skills.
The prisoners have been sent to underworld world of prison.

Want to know how to get in morrowind skills normally 1
over the limit of 100?

Level at one skill to 100 and read a skill book
and you get level 101 probably.

When in morrowind i hated to use fortify health potions
because when my health was for example from 100, and in combat to 20, in the end the time of the fortify potion ended
and it removes the points out of yourself, and, you died...

That was random :P

I can second Baldur's Gate. I've played II and have recently started the original, and it's quite amazing. I never managed to get far in the original Deus Ex because the mechanisms behind that game are just so archaic, but DX:HR is a great game too, imo, though not as expansive. And yes, The Witcher is great.

Morrowind Code Patch fixes this, unless I am mistaken.

KotOR 1 and KotOR 2 were the first RPGs I played. I've probably completed them about four or five times each. I liked the improvements to gameplay added by 2 but I thought that 1 had a much better plot.

My opinion is simple:

If I have to pay a subscription I will not play it.

I have played RuneScape, and it was very good imo.
But then I think they rined it with stupid updates
and took the PvP wilderness out.

World of Warcraft whould be good, but I sont like
its classes and, again the new expansion updates imo
ruined it.

I've heard a lot of good things about Dark Souls and I've been meaning to pick it up. By all accounts its one of the most challenging games released recently. From what I've seen, I'd say it definately has an Elder scrolls vibe to it.

In morrowind I have been using Morrowind Graphics Extender.
You can use it to see farer in the game.
Next time I get better PC I put it more farer.

Dark Souls seems good.

A few games that I think are excellent RPGs include:

The Witcher Series
Demon Souls (Haven't tried the sequel Dark Souls)
Dragon Age: Origins (NOT THE SEQUEL!)
Mass Effect Series
Knights of the Old Republic Series (both of them are good, but the second game is rushed)
Baulder's Gate Series
Neverwinter Nights
Nehrim: At Fate's Edge (An excellent full conversion of Oblivion by SureAI)
Half-Life Series
Diablo Series
Secret of Mana
Chrono Trigger
Legend Of Zelda Series (Ocarina of Time and Link to the Past were my favorite)
Jade Empire
Fallout 3
Guild Wars 1 and 2
Deus Ex

I'm not sure about MMO's, I don't play any that force me to pay subscriptions. I tried it once with SWTOR but I disliked the game and the payment system.

EDIT: Someone rightfully pointed out that Half Life isn't an RPG, so my apologies in that regard, I suppose I have been playing too much of it recently.

Half-Life isn't an RPG. Great game. But not an RPG.

Interesting, might have to check that out.

Only until level 15. The proper F2P model will be initialized in November, from what I have heard.

Well, they say "fall" and it's fall. So it should be level 50 by now.

Currently still up to level 15. I am unhappy about this, since I want to play all the storylines..... <.<

I heard about that (though it did slip my mind, thanks for reminding me), but mainly it was the storyline of the main quest that turned me off that game. I was up to the stage were the main quest for me composed of "Go to planet A, find out about "secret project X", defeat enemy, make a "hard moral" decision about whether to use "secret project X" and then rinse and repeat on planet B. I understand this seems unneccesarily critical of me but I just found the story boring after a while, and I couldn't force myself to slog through the grind as a result.

And my bad, I should have realised that Half Life doesn't count as an RPG, I guess that I have been playing way too much of it recently and it's just stuck to my mind, thanks for pointing that out.
