I'd like to do this int, it'll just be a standard blacksmith's home like each of the vanilla ones, however I will try to make it more detailed and unique - as usual:) (I noticed that there's some nice stuff like iron bars and nails in TR_Data, it will by very useful!).

Review:
-northmarker was wrong by 2.2 degrees
-changed density to 0.75, illegal to sleep here not checked
-apparatus_a_mortar_01 has a pointed bottom, it wanna be sunk :<
-a chest wanted to be rotated.
-Com_Chest_11_clothing was bleeding
-9 objects wanted to receive minor adjustments.
-the poor blacksmith was killed long ago; He wanted to take one of the cursed ambers on the shelf and got raped by a dremora lord.
-apparatus_m_mortar_01 wanted to be replaced.
-a door to a storage wanted to be slightly locked.

Approving, use my file. Not sure why this is also a cafe, but I moved the counter so it wouldn't be horribly blocking with the door.
