Been bit busy lately but working on it, here is update.

Done. Hope you like it.
Top floor is for guards,
middle floor for archives (which are really small) and confiscated stuff,
Ground floor is war room and admirals office.
And for Why I added only little secret area that you wont have any trouble explaining why its there.

Review: There maybe one or two floaters/bleeders throughout the entire cell, so I don't see the point in mentioning them.

Comments Really nice work, as always. Love the secret passage with the bookcase, very creative ^^
