Only a one-stair house with 3 apartments, a corridor and a lounge as said.

The owners of each apartments must be poor or rich? Are there some infos about the owners' personalities or jobs?

TESAME: Clean

Fits exterior: Yes

Northmarker set: Yes
Loading errors: No

Review: Lounge: Looks good, nice to see a copy of the common tongue, that should probably be in more places throughout MH, however I am sure that will be handled during detailing.

Appt 1:
the 3 stacked sacks should bleed together more
TR_bk_AlmalexiaHistory is resting on a point
the Hakle Lo rests on a point

Appt 2:
master level equipment seems a bit too much

Appt 3:
That moonsugar is so well hidden, I only found it when looking at the ids.

Comments Fix these then it is good

Not even first priority claiming notes? You are in a hurry, SamirA.

Still, I am not letting go of this claim. Will be the home of generic description here.

Revoke this please.

I am not really working on it and my reasoning for claiming this was silly.

I'd like to take this as my first claim. Modest Dunmer home, bedroom on the upper floor. Rather sober, but not really poor. A married couple, maybe?

Sounds good! A married couple should work, but it's entirely up to you.

Update.
I think this is finished, but since this is my first interior there are probably some mystery issues... I dunno.

Review: First Floor
-Chitin spear was not resting on the hooks properly (slightly).

Second Floor
-common_glove_left_01 slightly caspering.
-Locked chest (10).
-Nudged the screen a tad to allow movement into the bedroom area. This is a very tight interior.
-Not sure about that cup on the windowsill. Although a nice touch, not sure if it makes sense as it would slide off. I'm leaving it for now.
-That book on the dresser was a pain to fix to get it to sit properly, I had to rescale. Don't be afraid to rescale objects sometimes if required. Fixed the amulet to compensate.
-Played around with rotating/sinking the pillows to make the bed look less "made".
-Gold_001 was F'ed, and that made it sink into the other gold pile.

Comments Nice start for your first interior! Especially the handling of complex XY rotations. I'll let whoever does the final make the verdict on that cup.
