I was thinking, as this claim # 13 is in the manor district and a rather large building, it could belong to a indoril nobel. That would meen a grand house, perhaps with _r marked furniture and accesories.

Ground floor: a kind of small hallway when you first enter, from there you would go in to an dining area a large open space with storage space in corners, shelves with deco.
Two stairs leeding upstairs, one on either side of the dining room.

First floor: a hallway leeding from stair to stair, and a room on either side of the hallway, one room would be like a study, and the other bedroom.

As this is my first interior claim i would like a bit of advice on the above if iam way of!!

Thanks!

Okay. Your plans sound good so far.

We have new rich furniture meshes and bookstands (and books, if you can get hold of BoT), use these. We also have new flowers for Mournhold (use these, they're variants of Mournhold flora) and loads of misc stuff you can also use. Check OoT, the files linked to at the bottom of this post. Open it in an empty cell and check all the new goodies ut. All should start with tr_ in their file names.

Use the basic shell (no interior walls, just the basic arrangment of building tiles) from Tribunal's building with that shape (check in the editor for the name please, it's in one of the Mournhold city cells) for layout, though you can divide the interior up into rooms as you please.

Also, please add neither scripts nor NPCs, creatures or uber statted new objects. And keep loot at the same level it was in-game. No 100.000 septims lying just about in an unguarded sorage room, okay?

Having said that, granted and happy modding.

Thanks for the good advice Hermit.

I have already been lurking around godsreach of mournhold to get an impression of what could go into an Indoril manor. I have yet to explore the Oot for other stuff.

Something distinguish, with reception, private cabinet...everything for somebody having a rich social life.İt could be the house of a savant, maybee some specialist in a nowledge(witch?) who has nown to sell is talent.
The first floor could have a medium-big room used like a school, with bench...,and a salon for rich or high level students, and others savants. The second will be the private part, with a medium-little office-laboratory(maybee not alchemie).A library have to be somwhere also. And a seller, with a little kitchen.
Size 7x7,cross form.
Has TR developped any fireplace for ind?

Finished.

But, i really have a problem with TESAME, so it's not clean.
And: this: invalid Location on REFR 'WerewolfHair' setting to position (4030,3208,14512)
The element appear on the CS, but impossible to eliminate it. TESAME just don't see it!
So ?

TESAME doesn't seen references. You'd have to use the Enchanted Editor to delete it specifically.

You can also do this: in the TESCS' load file window, select the WIP and click on details.

Now browse the ultra-long list of stuff (click on the headers to sort this list alphabetically and by type, it'll be simpler to find it), then find the REFR WerewolfHair, select it, and hit I or Del.

You'll have a message telling you about putting the Ignore or Delete flag, say OK.

Now close the Details window, load the file, and save it again. The bogus reference will normally not have been loaded, and thus won't be saved.

İ have fix the REFR problem. OK.

This is a private school, but the guy has some hobbies, especially, he is making research on the bodies, it's not a kind of sorceror, but he look for any nowing even the darks ones. A bit like the medieval doctors in front of the church.
Also, it's a rich man (look where is his house located) so the stuff is rich (not stupidely i hoppe).
The only doubt i have is for the books.

Review: Floaters/Bleeders:
-Top Floor
2x misc_uni_pillow_01 bleeds into bed
iron dagger bleeds into bed

-Middle Floor
TR_de_r_desk_01_pos floats and bleeds into carpet
4x furn_de_p_bench_03 bleed into carpet
4x furn_de_r_chair_03 float due to being half on half off the carpet
furn_planter_01 bleeds into floor
misc_com_iron_ladle floats

-Bottom Floor
furn_log_01 bleeds slightly into floor

General Errors:
a load of stuff floats outside the interior
interior style door on top floor that leads to nowhere

Lore Errors:
Wardrobe of enchanted stuff, alot of it, unlikely

Comments General Comments:
chest_small_02_gold_50 should be locked
the door should not be linked to the outside, least of all not rethan manor
cell is incorrectly named, should be TR_i3-253
despite the large amount of stuff inside, feels flat. this may be due to the lighting, it is too orange and fuzzy

TESAME reports tons of changed things
It needs a bit of work, replacing items with models missing, cleaning and fixing a few small errors, but it will be good enough for TR

Fixed all Inferno_strike said, and some more. The main porblems were with the wrong placing of carpets so furniture was half floating. Also the objects that end in a point haven't been bleeded. Removed all evidence that can arrest the NPC for necromancy, except for the laboratory upstairs that i locked. The interior is good enough now to be approved. I give it a 7.

REVOKING.

This has a slight problem fitting the exterior, and there are fireplaces. Fireplaces are not ok because there are no chimneys on MH ints. The undersized skeletons should be statics...

use the WIP if you want to go through the work of removing the werewolf hair with the enhanced editor, along with fixing the exterior and refurnishing a bit.

(use my file should you decide to fix this)

Do I have to replace all poor furniture to rich furniture? And common items by dunmer items?
I think so, but I see that there is some silverware and some rooms consist only out rich furniture and some others only out poor furniture.

The com items should be replaced with de items.
In the case of the poor furniture, I guess it might be OK if it was solely in the servants quarters, and was not visible from the richer part of the manor.

I think someone else has to reviwe once more, but it seems ok to me. I've decided to let silverware persist in this mod. All furniture is rich one.

Version with most of the technical errors repaired. There were many floaters and a few bleeders, so a few may have slipped by. Give it a close look.

TESAME: Clean

Fits exterior: No

It missed the door to the balcony, fixed.

Northmarker set: Yes
Loading errors: No

Review: I remember this interior, it is one of the first i fixed. I can't believe how much i missed back then, but anyway. There were two tables in the laboraty who were floating slightly. the same rooom had a fire salts thingy resting on top of two gold kanets. There was also a com_shelf in that room. I added loads of book ends to this house, because else the books would topple over. I also fixed a badly bleeding closet and basket.

Comments There were still a lot of things to fix, even though blackbird fixed it already. Especially the missing door struck me. therefore he gets a 6.
EDIT: I didn't replace the silverware, because it looked fine there.

File updated. Pretty much just the shell and doors and stuff, but at least it's something. I'll try and do more work on this soon D:
