Ok, i gave it once over:

> The right-hand side planter in the window alcove downstairs floats.
> The Downstairs chandelier is too big for the room, it habgs down too far, either make it small enough to walk under, or replace it.
> ALL of the chairs float slightly. This is due to the standard 'activator furnature' error. You cant just hit "F" once, you need to do it three times minimum (from my experience, alway double check though). This can be aplied to ALL 'activator' (usable) furnature as a basic rule with the oblivion CS.
> The calcinator bleeds into the bookshelf, it also need to be pushed back into the shelf more - it looks lke it could fall off at this point (you should also rotate it, to make it look more realisticaly placed).
> The famale Dunmer NPC with the Tonsure hair-style? just creepy man...

The building is very sparsly furnished and cluttlered, so it doesn't really feel complete, let alone 'lived in'. Just add more of everything really. That and fix up the errors mentioned and I (or someone who gets it done quicker) will give you another look.

My review:

-You don't have to mark Public area in a home. It's maybe good for testing purposes, but not really for worldbuilding as people don't like when you enter their homes.
-Drinkwinessurilie are floating
-orange is floating
-One of the radish is floating and another is bleeding with anoter radish
-Candlefatyellow02 is bleeing in my opnion
-I don't see locked chests
-skull is not resting logical
-is it me or are some of your clutter objects a bit bleeding. It looks like you haven't used the 'f-button'. The same thing applies for some candles.
-candlestick03flooryellow is a bit floating
Overall: this in isn't bad. There are no major errors, but I think it's still a bit empty. It's not easy to decorate an UC home. Maybe you could use a few more chairs and a table at the ground floor.

For NPC's
-there is not pathgrid. It's seesential if you want NPC's to meet a point or let them perfrom a task. The pathgrid commands which way the NPC has to walk.
-Your NPC's don't have an AI
I think you shouldn't add NPC's unless you're planning to give them dialogue and a proper AI.

It's been a long four years since my initial application for the Tamriel Rebuilt project. After looking back now at the posts I made, I feel ashamed at my previous demeanor, grammatical errors, and unprofessional work. A lot has happened in my life since that time, including my beginning and graduation of high school. I'm currently interning with the federal government as well as pursuing a degree in accounting. Although a lot has changed I still hold a good deal of vanity in my work, which is why I've decided to delete my previous posts after seeing the poor quality I put into them.

I hope that I can once more attempt to join the project, this time with a focus on dialogue and questing. After reading through recent forum posts it seems that is the skill most in need right now to hasten the completion of map 4. I'm currently working on my new showcase application, and I hope to have it completed by the weeks end.

To those who recall my demeanor and attitude, I apologize for the first impression I made on this community. Looking back at the work that has been since completed, it's clear that everyone involved with the project deserves a commendation for all their efforts. I'm once more anxious to find a method to help, and it's my hope that my second impression will be at least somewhat of an improvement.

I wasn't around in 2009 so I don't know what went down back then, and frankly I don't care. Welcome back and awesome that you've decided to do a quest showcase!

Is the quest that you're currently making going to be based on vanilla Vvardenfell or are you making it for TR Mainland? A finished quest on TR Mainland could be put to good use by implementing it to the mod.

Anyways, great to have a potential quester among us!

It will be set in the mainland, predominantly in map 3 territory.
