Basic shell has been completed (no rooms added yet, this is just the blueprint of the building). The atrium should stay as it is now, so the ground floor would basically be obstacle-free (in other words: I hope this is what you had in mind, Why) in order to facilitate the movement of NPCs. X marks the spot where you should place the Guild Guide (if I am not mistaken, the Guild Guide will be added after finishing a quest).

This is finished, just waiting for someone to check the two little notes in Literature forum before I can upload the final file.
EDIT: As I said, this is finished, so I uploaded it. Please note that the two texts have not been proofread (since no-one bothered to have a look at them). They can easily be deleted without causing any inconvenience.
As for the interior itself: a large atrium, two wings. The left wing is occupied by apprentices and lower-ranking members of the guild. Two common dormitories on the first floor, one separate room for the guild steward on the top floor. Access to the balcony should be free to all. Potions and enchanted items are sold on the second floor.
The right wing includes a suite for the archmage on the top floor, which is of course locked (if I read the plans for the MG quest correctly, the archmage is in prison), as well as three rooms for higher-ranking members: one is an enchanter, one is an alchemist (both can be found on the second floor), the third one is a herbalist (could also be spellmaker and sell spells; I imagined him to be Argonian, since he lives in a damp room full of plants).
So, plenty of room, easy to navigate. The guild guide should be placed in the alcove behind the atrium once the relevant quest has been completed.

TESAME: Clean
Fits exterior: Yes
Northmarker set: Yes
Loading errors: No
Review: Main cell:
Some text_paper_roll_01 were slightly floating on a shelf.
Left wing:
Tiny whiny bit of a TR_cont_indoril_01_ingr bleeding into a bit of the wall.
Tiny bit of TR_furn_de_tapestry_18 bleeding into the bottom bit of the wall.
The (Far) Right Wing:
Nothing.
Comments Really nice work Jule! You've done some really creative stuff and I already get a real sense of what characters use and inhabit the various rooms. Good job!
