Dun Akafell Architecture Style

Post by bronwhitehill »

One of the things that I love most about this project is seeing all the different architectural styles, and how creatively they're used. I can usually tell which culture has which city. However, I have yet to figure out which culture had at once controlled Dun Akafell. And with the new release, I have found two more instances of this type of architecture, one on the hills above Bosmora, and to the north of Gorne. Also, no one in-game seems to care too much about these places, so I can't find out from them what it was. My question is this: What is Dun Akafell; Is Dun Akafell supposed to be a mystery; Who controlled Dun Akafell in the ancient past. Sorry for rambling.

The Dun Akafell etc. set is the same set used in Old Mournhold, the ruins beneath Mournhold (the city in the Tribunal release). It is supposed to be an older form of Dunmer architecture.

Oh, ok. Thank you. I've never noticed that before, I'll have to go check Old Mournhold now. Thanks!
