No problems loading the cell.
Cell looks like it fits, I think it's supposed to be 2x2 on the third floor, but the creator has each room as 3x3.

Western Lecture Hall, Upper Floor - The book on the lecturn is floating.

It's a little bleak, could do with more stuff.

All around a great interior, nothing really wrong with it except for one thing.

Hmm... I don't recall cleaning all those ingridients plus I don't recall any ingridients under this ID in the first place... Also I tried my best to fit that book on the lecturn but as you can see with no luck.
Oh and Hap, remember that it is supposed to be filled with NPCs. Around 5 of them or even more.

EDIT: First, those were containers and why have I mistaken them for ingridients I don't know but I remember putting them there but don't recall cleaning them outta the ESP. Anyway if they aren't there - they can be replaced with just empty urns.

alright, i fixed the 2 books, but cant figure out the problems of the missing stuff. ill plant stalker a PM asking him bout it

Will make this home as described with disguised trap door to small cellar with blades activities stuff (maybe a small meeting room and evidence of his history in the blades). I think it would be interesting if the cellar had an alternate entrance/exit like sewer or another tunnel as well.
