I have no idea. If it is compatible with normal NoM, I imagine it would be compatible with TR NoM.

Is it possible to get Signy Signposts running with TR Sacred East?

Since TR is shipped as one large File instead of separated files containing Map1 and Map2, the dependencies for this mod don't work anymore.

A couple notes on the list of mods:
Firewatch Character Generation by Garif, Link not valid. Would anyone still have this? MMH would love to have it ;)
Abot's Water Life Tamriel Rebuilt add-on by Abot, Now part of Water Life v1.21, can be gotten from Abot's own web site: http://abitoftaste.altervista.org/morrowind/index.php?option=downloads&task=info&id=2&Itemid=50&-Water-Life-v-1-21
TR Shack by Trunksbomb, Name changed to TR: Molagreahd Shack, version is now v2.0. Mod was updated to be compatible with Tamriel Rebuilt: Antediluvian Secrets (map 2).
TR Equipment on Vvardenfell by Arthmodeus, Link not valid. Would anyone still have this? MMH would love to have it ;)
TR Firewatch Farmhouse by Trunksbomb, Mod updated to version 2.0 to be compatibile with Tamriel Rebuilt: Antediluvian Secrets (Map 2).
TR Ranyon-Ruhn Home by Trunksbomb, Name changed slightly. Mod updated to version 2.0 to be compatibile with Tamriel Rebuilt: Antediluvian Secrets (Map 2).
