Rich furniture. Downstairs will be split into a dining area and a storage area. Middle floor will Guest Beds. And the upstairs will contain the master bedroom and a small study area.

If by storage area you mean somewhere to put the finished product, there is no need as i4-266 already fulfils that role.

In other news, this being a family controlling a distillery, some more riches might be appropriate?
