My thoughts on this mod...

Awesome! I recently arrived at Necrom far from my home in the Ascadian isles.... and it really does feel like Ive been on a great journey across the land.

I really dig how remote some of the locations seem.. like just stumbling across a deadric ruin in the middle of the mountains feels really foreboding.

Props to whoever designed Nameci.. the cave northeast of Necrom. Giant spider in a hall of webs... it really terrified me.

Theres so many new books Im coming across, how many are added?

One request Id make is that most of the quests Ive come across tend to take place within 5 mins of the quest giver... it would be cool to have some epic quests sending you to the other side of the world to collect a rare flower from the mountains or something like that. Maybe there is I just havent found any yet.

When will the next release be out? Are there any or do you plan to include any buyable houses in the mainland?

Keep going guys... it is a work of art and will be recognised as such.

There aren't any in vanilla so there won't be on the mainland either. Although there will be strongholds for Indoril and Dres, and possibly for the other houses as well.

I'm sure though that there are already mods that add buyable houses. Or you could make one yourself, do you have much experience with using the CS?

Surely i'm not the right person to answer this question, but my guess is that quests that takes you across the mainland are added when all the parts are finished.

But hey, i don't know! Would be exciting to read a developers answer to your question.

... must not have been very exciting, huh? Sorry :<

At the moment we'd be a bit hesitant to have quests sending you from the latest releases (sacred east 1.5) to the early ones, since "map1/2" aren't really final. There will hopefully be more cross-region quests *planned* for faction questlines, but they'll only be implemented when the locations are done.
