HIGH PRIORITY Andothren (1, -17) Local Hlaalu Council Hall. See #56 on the local map.

(This building was originally in i4-122, along with another building, but is now in this claim to replace the old interior individually.)

This is a local Hlaalu Council Hall for Andothren, which is basically a local administrative building, where the people of importance gather to administer the city.

I'd like to claim this. Nice little house, neat but rather poor.

Review: I was gonna say that it was flawless, but then I found a bowl and three sacks which needed to be bleeded more. Otherwise its perfect and I really like it.

Comments There is heavy detailling in this interior but without floaters and bleeders. That's really good on the de_p furniture

Granting.

This is basically the local administration for the city, and the general area. Be sure there's an office for the local leader, and a room where notables can gather and discuss. Nothing too fancy, but nonetheless use de_r or de_rm.

Don't use the council hall in Balmora as a guide, that place sucks.

Here is first update.
Its cluttered enough to let you know my plans for each room. I also added little secret room to spy on meetings. looking forward to hear your opinion.

Review: Removed a velothi fresco and replaced with 2 Hlaalu banners. (Didn't fit in well, and we shouldn't be overusing these).

Comments Great stuff as usual Bero. Nicely cluttered, recommending for approval, cause you know, priorities.

Just my notes:

- bk_yellowbook426 seemed to be slightly on the physics defying side on one shelf. Now it is on the unorderly side of the affair.
- Reduced the height of the furn_de_tapestry_11 near the hidden door.
- Quite sure a chunk of raw ebony is heavier than 5 gold.
- Nudged one of the misc_de_glass_yellow_01 slightly away from the edge of the shelf.

Both of the planters bleeding into the walls look fine and are acceptable.

Though, maybe furn_planter_04 could be brought out of the wall far enough to reveal the rear wall of it.
