Unlocking. Feel free to get creative, but don't do anything too huge or spectacular, as this is a low-level region. (Think thestarter dungeons in early-game Morrowind). These interiors are in the Thirr River Region. Most of these caves should have something to do with the smuggling, as it's an important part of the concept of this region. Again, keep it low level. Perhaps have them tied to the trafficking of slaves or the nearby plantations, since they're located closeby.

Claiming! I plan to create a large, demolished cave. The entrance will be an old, caved in smugglers hideout. Through a hidden crack in the wall, the player will discover a whole new, undisturbed cave. I plan to add some very small dwarven influence at the end of the tunnel, perhaps with the destroyed entrance of a ruin.

Finished! I hope the dwemer ruin at the end of the cave is all right, as I added more than what I said in my description.

CHANGES MADE

MINOR BLEED
furn_dwrv_stool00 (-965, -5509, -2286)
misc_dwrv_bowl00 (-983, -4541, -2648)

OTHER ISSUES
Changed lock to level 20 on dwrv_chest
2 holes in rock sections joining non-gridsnapped pieces were fixed.

ADJUSTED ROTATION
dwarven war axe (-928, -6128, -1918)
furn_dwrv_fitting20 (-949, -5183, -2286)
misc_dwrv_goblet10 (-957, -5792, -2219)

ITEMS REPLACED
dwrv_chest10 with dwrv_chest_bam – the dwrv_chest10 has a key which usually indicates a locked door somewhere in the current interior, which this does not.

ITEMS REMOVED
Since this is a low level cave – I've removed the following misc_dwrv items
misc_dwrv_artifact40
misc_dwrv_artifact60 (the 2 floating under the table) – I left the other still floating though.
And 4 of the coins.

ITEMS ADDED
A corpse to the cave-in section up top, along with some mushrooms and vines.
Several rock to facilitate easier access to/from the ledge.

Changes made are in the file below

Comments Could not find any precedent for the dwemer tubes to float.
Misapit has one laying on the ground underwater, but there is one floating in goo in Bthzundcheft, Hall of Towers.
I left the one still floating up by the ceiling – a treat if anyone finds it.

The passages to get onto (and off of ) the ledge are a bit tight. I widened them as much as possible without redoing the entire section.

Technically this is a good piece of work. The top level seemed way to bare, hence the addition of some vegetation and the corpse.

The ledge can be treacherous, but I have been able to traverse it several times without falling (walking helps). I'd appreciate a more seasoned person to look this over, to be sure it falls into the 'low-level' category. The cell name is tr_i4-495-hla.

Review: Floaters
in_mold_rock_06 (-568, -255, -120)
Other Issues
Ex_common_plat_LRG (can see into plank so I covered it with rocks)
Items Added
Cluttered it a bit and added light on Russulas (they are luminous)

The file below has all of these corrections.

Comments Nice cave
I think that it can be considered low level since you can't make more low level dwemer ruin.
