Ever since I got Morrowind, the game will suddenly have a drop in frame rate in certain places. Balmora for instance. This is made even worse in Tamriel Rebuilt's "Port Telvannis".
I know this isn't TR's fault, but I was wondering how I could keep the frame rate from dropping.
also, Saving my game takes a long time. It used to take 1 minute to save the game, but since I got Tamriel Rebuilt, it takes a full 2-3 minutes to save.
any way to fix this problem as well????

Maybe the [url=http://www.nexusmods.com/morrowind/mods/3875/?]FPS optimiser[/url] could help, but you'll probably want to avoid the current southern parts of TR entirely...
The more mods you have loaded, the longer it'll take in proportion to your base install, but unless you're greatly exagerating, a whole minute to save a game is enormous to begin with! Load times increasing with new content and landmass is otherwise normal and unavoidable.
