I keep getting Missing Masterfile: TR_Map1.esm error

Hi, I'm a newbie to morrowind any help would be great.
I get the following error message when I try to play morrowind - Missing Masterfile: TR_Map1.esm

1. I downloaded tamriel rebuilt map 3 sacred east
2. extracted tr_data.esm and tr_mainland.esm and tr_data.bsa to data files
3. copied morrowind.ini file
4. placed tr_data.bsa in archive

I am running win 7 and morrowind is on another hard drive (E:)
both tr_data and tr_mainland show up in data files when you click launcher.

Archive 0=Tribunal.bsa
Archive 1=Bloodmoon.bsa
Archive 2=TR_Data.bsa
Archive 3=Flora Glow.bsa
I think that is pretty much everything.

Hi, are you using any mods for Tamriel Rebuilt? One was probably meant for an old (very old) version, since you've downloaded the latest release I imagine that's the only way you could get the error regarding an outdated file "Missing Masterfile: TR_Map1.esm ".

Try disabling any other mods for TR?
