What about sload villain for south morrowind?
He lives in the ruins of Argonian pyramid, doing experiments on dead bodies and trying to achieve the power of the king of worms. He has a secret bases across south of morrowind and necromancers followers, like sixth house.
Pyramid is filled his servants: mummies of humans, dunmers and argonians, ancient liches. Mummy is dried and specially treated body, wrapped in bandages. Like one of Dagerfall monsters.
In quests of Tribunal temple, Imperial legion and house Dress we need to protect the province from him and destroy all his followers and bases.
And I have an idea about a giant Dwemer spider. It would be nice to meet something like this in the ruins of the Dwemer underground city.
