[Quest/NPC Idea] - Misc. - Shrine of St. Urnim

This quest would not be marked by any journal entries. More of a flavor thing with, possibly, an interactive "shrine".

A drunkard in "The Salty Futtocks" asks the player to buy him a few drinks. He rambles for a while and tells the player of a tavern tradition:

In an alley next to the tavern is the Shrine of St. Urnim, patron saint of drunks and incontinents. It is said that a Tribunal-fearing Dark Elf, after drinking a copious amount of brandy, stumbled out of the tavern and pissed in the back alley. It had been so long since he urinated that a torrent of piss was released which flooded the slums for a week. In fact, the smell remains to this day.

The drunkard invites the player to pay homage to the Tribunal by pissing in the alley behind the tavern. After all, "pilgrims" from all over Tamriel do the same every day.
