Hello. For those of you who don't know me, I am Sniper4. I usually do interiors, but I've decided to try my skill at an exterior. This exterior is going well. I have one cell 80% complete and another that is about 60% done. It is going to have a small town in it as well as Uvam Tomb. That's right. This baby belongs to the Uvam Team. I'm working as hard as I can to get this thing done. Learning to do vertex shading was next to hell, but I think I might have the hang of it. I'll keep you all posted on how it is going and I will update later on tonight about the progress I make.

I have spent the last two hours placing black roses and fungus, as well as vertex shading. I'm tired and I'm gonna go eat a piece of cake, then go to bed and dream about school, TR, and Yinnie. I'll hopefully be back on tomorrow sometime later. Goodnight.

Alrighty. Update time. Out of the 9 cells I have:
1 at 99%
1 at 60%
1 at 15%
For the top one, I just gotta add lights to the mushrooms. For the middle one, I need to add more trees, rocks, and fungi, as well as adding dragonflies to the muck pond thing. On the third, one, I have no statics and it is only half textured and vertex shaded . Work is going well though.

Okies, I got another update for all of you. As you can tell, I love to hear my voice and see my typing. I have now started expanding east. I have gotten the land raising and texturing done for two more cells. I also managed to vertex shade the terrain. Of course, naturally, I'll have to vertex shade the rest of the stuff that I add, but I like to do it in steps to make it easier to keep track of stuff . It's going good though. So my status so far:

Alrighty, another day. I made some pretty good progress here. I got so excited to do the large hill mountain thingy that I accidentaly forgot to add flora and rocks to a cell . Any way, the mountain thing is going great. I've somehow managed to get it to match pretty closely with my neighbor's areas. Kinda hard though, since they both had somewhat different things in mind. I also managed to get the terrain shaping done all the way to the coast. Here are my stats now:

I have played around with the town in the editor. It looks very interesting now. I think you'll like it also added 2 buildings the walls, the bazaar, and stairs leading to the towers.

I put some GL trees in I belive thats right. Thier is allot of bleeding though I'm not sure how to make it look right. I'll see you in a few days.

Sniper4 merge this with the other ESP I added. this will add a bridge to the main land so you can walk thier.

Beautiful job Arcadea! I could not have done better myself. In fact, you did a heck of a lot better than I would have done. Great work. I'll start working on some terrain shaping to get some things into place and I'll continue on those docks. How the heck did you find time to do all that? Were you up till 5 in the morning!?

The town code named Kogomar for now it may stay that way i don't now. Was a nice and peacefull town intill a year ago when an ebony depoiset was found. House Hallu who ocupied the town saw a great treasure in this. The town grew fast and attracted the wrong type of people. The head of the Town name not have yet jioned the warf Rats a smuggling group and planned with them the attack on the town. late at night two smugling ships cam eto the harbor. The pirates sprang out of the hold and took the town in minutes. they killed or caputred everyone they coukld find and house Hallu want thier town back. The house has blokaded the harbor and have troops guarding the road. also they send troops into the city to attack at times and have bow man on the harbor ships firring at the town people.

Sniper, Arcadea, I'll be doing 3,5,6,8,9, and 10 on map 14. All of these will probable be very messed up on the inside since they will probably be used for storage or since there was fights in there. My plans are as follows:

Also, I had an idea. Maybe the pirates who came in could have taken hostages from the richer manors and locked them in the basement. One of the quests if you're on the Hlaalu side could be to rescue the hostages and get them some place safely.

new Hallu builkding's that are partrly made no door needed.
new gold 1,000 and 10,000 to replace the gold piles in Uvam tomb.
record books 1 for each month for the past three years. those go in the hall of records.
A guar attached to a guar cart that is animated maybe acts like a new tyope of NPC. It needs to have a dunmer driving it so we can have them in caravans.
Animtae mine cart and scryopt it so it goes down the rail and into the water with the NPC still inside.
new hoods for the warf rat thiefs so they don't wear armor.
fish containors.
New small kegs for Skooma.
one of the interiors leave open I want it to be a bake shop for the bakking mod.
take out the deadra arrows and bow at the dock that was for testing.
Take out the deadric arrows the guards have and give them steel arrows or Iron or silver.

Blad, there are cargo ships that do go to Vvardenfell. Otherwise there would be no need for a census and excise office . It's only passenger ships that are strictly limited.
edit: Plus consider the fact that there is cyrodillic brandy and flin: Two drinks that aren't produced in Vvardenfell. Plus there are iron and steel weapons, which typically aren't made by dunmer either.

I din't get anywork done on the file so just keep working on the exterior over the weekend and when I come back I will move parts of the town and get it more concrete.

Sniper, Arcadea, now that the plot has changed, will interiors still have a lot of damage (furniture on side, lots of clutter and junk all over tha place, like there was a fight.) Now that the people were found dead in Kogomar, we don't know if whatever killed them made them put up a struggle or just took them swiftly with out damaging anything. I would think it would be more mysterious if everything was in place and there was no damage except where the dock is and there is fighting.
