a dragon trying to take off... that was requested as a statue for old eb i think.
hes trying to fly... if u noticed, hes the same dragon that our dear friend Lork killed.

in all seriousness, it's wings look a little too sharp at the edges for just a thin piece of flesh, and the right claw(hand) looks upside down...

but thats just my nit-pickyness.

I figured it was just the angle of the hand although you may be right. As for the sharpness, It is a statue.

I think the textures are slightly to blurry for a statue, needs to be a more rough texture... although, Id prolly say the same about the actual BS statues.. so who knows

thats a place holder texture.. i cant do textures at all!! cause i aint got the TESCS CD. so thats just a placeholder...

any comments on the wings? tho they arent that visible.. i cant seem to figure how a dragons wing look like

looks good avo1d, cept for the wings again. The back of the wingfolds are too pointy, try to soften the skin sharpness.

@haplo... the sharpness comes from the angle of the shot.

anyway ive made a .nif with a flat gold color.
and morden (or in fact anyone who can texture), can ya help me texture him to be used as a statue??

for some reason i cnat open it, it says i have "boolcntrl.dlc" and "veiwportmanager.gup" missing. ill try to open the NIF, but can anyone halp me with those files

It looks as though it's saying 'Talk to the hand' because of the right hand/claw, or something like 'Yehhh, shot yer piehole' if you look at it in combination with the head. I think that should be fixed, though it could just be the angle of the image (haven't downloaded the files yet).

For the rest it's very high quality. Great work.

hey avoid, q and a suggestions

did you make the entire mesh, or did you get the mesh from somewhere and modified it?

The trick to making your wings more realistic(right now they are a plane... planes have 0 thickness technically which is too thin obviously

so simply make a second plane that connects at every edge vertex and simply lift the vertices slightly away from the other plane

it was heavily modified off this dragon blad gave me. its some guy called darkworm's dragon on the TES forum which is FFA from what i gather.

yeah ill prob work on the wing abit more but im doing up my combi axe thing right now.

and about that right claw.... yeah ive fixed it. looks more curved now instead of "talk to the hand" lol.
