Claim: Map 5: Kogo'tel-> #s 30-35 and 9

30)Redoran Consul seat. Think 3 floors, and a huge basement.
31)Guild -> ok, this would be a guild of say tamers or hunters or merchants, were you could get couple of qusts or alternatively rob their vault.
Layout: 10-15 rooms, plus 1 vault level, and main reception area.

32)Noblemans house. Somewhat equal to size and layout of "rat in the pot" in the ald'rhn.

35) I would like to make 35 A nobleman's house, or a house of a very rich person. General layout will be of equal grandor as the ones that Redoran Noblemen have in Ald'rhn. So there are going to be much of it underground.

34)would be a storage space for 35. Think warehouse.
1 story, no basment(optional).

33)would be just a regular house of a well to do person.

9)pawn broker(2 are allowed for this map). Layout of the building, equal to regular house in Aldrhun with a basement.

Sorry for the delay.

A agree with your ideas on 9 34, and 35. Only:

35 should be the house of a wealthy person. We will leave whether or not it is a Redoran nobleman open till later.

Claim Granted on the above three.

However with the others:
-The council of the Redoran hasn't been decided, so making 30 a council hall is risky.
-31- We don't have any guilds like that.
-32 and 33- These are just commoners' huts. (At least from the map they appear to be). They can be stores though.

Ok, so lets recap.

I can do 34,35, 9.

But, I've remember the from morrowind books, I've read, I heard of the "coblers guild" in the Ald'rhn. (I know it is not actualy IN the game, the point its in the lore). I was offering just a interesting idea here, since its lore compliant.

32,33 -> if there just commoners huts, can I just make them? There are going to be commoners huts.

or alternatively(preferably) can I make 32 an enchanter?

Since you requested these claims before the closing of maps 3 through 6 last night, I will grant those two. Claim granted on 32 (enchanter) and 33 (commoner's house).

With the cobler's guild, you should make a note of it in guilds and factions. At this time, however, it is not an official TR guild to my knowledge. Don't honestly remember seeing it in any of the lists.
