Just thought I would mention that we will be changing everything from Redoran to Hlaalu.

Erm, what about Vorrheis' new *redoran* meshes, then? We should finde someplace else to use them.

Ok decided not to convert the architecture, just make it a Hlaalu occupied town, the mines will be Hlaalu.

Making it a former Redoran township that was taken by Hlaalu in a past land grab.

I love disgruntled, occupied people, so many quest possibilities, so much intrigue, cloak&dagger ... so much fun!

Anyway, we gotta make the hlaalu lord especially snot-nosed, and ...

 what about making this the "Midnight Lady" storyline? Heh .. an old hlaalu/Camorra Tong leader, fighting a snot nosed hlaalu lord (a foreigner at that) ... we gotta make his avatar's clothes, though ...

Ok the latest news from Ald Tearoth. Still waiting for the vertex shading, I've started the main chambers of the underground complex and as far as I am aware the models for the town are still being developed by Vorrhies.

I am haven't been posting much on the forum lately because I am busy modding and working at my new job :D

Will keep you updated!

Btw Liliath doesn't think he can do the retexturing until after July or something. What you want to do about that?

Ok I'm sticking my nose into your guys' claim if you don't mind.
Cep I can't check many of your pics (And most of the thumbnails on your site no longer link to the big pics.
It doesn't sound like you guys were going in this direction but maybe I can convine you guys to make the maphala area a full blown cult area rather then just a shrine and a few stragglers.
Rather then talking to the statue there would be a quest giver cultist.
And rather then the ebony blade in the depths of the labyrinth there would be an item that you would use at a specific place to summon maphala on her summoning days. It would be there that you would get the quest for the ebony blade, ect.
If you guys like the idea I'll get more detailed and if not then I'll try to figure something else out. (Also I like the hlallu lords idea).

Hmm nothing is wrong with my site :?:

Try it again. Anyway you can download a fairly decent version of the mod from here.

At the moment I am speaking with hermit about getting the team on track again, we've all had a little RL time to cope with.

Isn't there already a Mephala cult within the Morag Tong?

Just a single person or two. However Maphala is more or less the creator of the Morag Tong as the story goes. So in a sense most of the Morag tong worship her. But again her cultists would be more like her priests which aren't in the game. Also the HERE doesn't link.
*Maybe the pics are my browser because I get the red square instead of a pic*
*Here are the Maphala tapestries*

Hey Cep
Hermit is sending me his latest files. Is there any chance I could get what you have of the temple and stuff so I can get an idea of what I'm working with?
I know your busy but when you get the chance that would be cool (Also anything you can tell me of what you have planned)

I can give you the basic jist of what I am doing but not releasing the temple work yet. Besides I found a problem with some of the lighting and z alignments.

I'll be updating my forums this weekend cos they desperately need it :D

Ok, REALLY BAD NEWS
I had to format my computer last week so all my work is gone
now, i'm willing to start all over again and I have a question,
what would you prefer, BIG daedric ruin with waterfalls, and moss etc...
or an enormous waterfall with lots of plants?
or combination of both?

the previous attempt was great looking but I want this
attempt to look even better.....

Last time I checked only Cep and Hermit had involvment in 4-19. did he just decide to start working on it all on his own? or did anybody ask him to help?

Well, I already have a Massive waterfall + Daedric ruin in my 6-26 claim... it would be a bit odd, geographically and lore-wise, if there were two things almost exactly the same.
I reccomend you try something else that's equally awe-inspiring, like make one of the mountains an extinct volcano and put the ruin in the crater, or something.

Hermit "hired" me to work on this claim....
I'm working with him.... for a long time now...
it's just that all of my work was deleted....
so instead of crying and giving up, I've decided to
start all over again...

Well there isn't any riverways in my claim and if your reworking Hermits then that is not 4-19.

Are you working on Hermit's 4-20?

Never mentioned anything to me about this.

A lil' quote from what hermit said to me

"It's mostly grasslands, though crossing into West gash, and using grasslands, ascedian isles (some trees, flowers), West gash and the mournhold horn lily flora. Also, the Black Rose, a custom TR plant, is used a lot there (two versions of the same mesh).
It holds one big dwemer ruin (Mezzereft), which has been a border stronghold of the dwemer and was cleaved in two by powerful magic (befor eit is also the Mezzereft battlefield), the Branoth plantation (redoran), the city of Ald Tearoth, the Ald Tearoth mines and weapons manufacture, the Grand temple of Mephala, a small waterfall (to be completely redone, and the Tomb of Martyrs, where the fallen Dunmer of the battle at Mezzereft were put to rest (this has to be done completely). Basically, I ask you to do some exterior cells - the file I sent to you should contain all relevant cells, and only these - as in putting flora here and there, vertex shade, and such. I will do the city of AT myself, as soon as I get my part of Almalexia done. The temple of Mephala i9s done by Cep (PM him for more info), and branoth plantation and Mezzereft are also my projects. Otherwise, all the claim is yours to redo, even though I would like to kind of retain the grassland/AI forest - it will have to be seriously reworked though, as it kills Fps rates both in the game and the editor seriously."

Ok, so I'm making this small waterfall into a HUGE one,
and I'm basicly the "gardener" of this terrain....

Aha right, ok this was something we originally asked Liliath to help us with. For the 4-19/17 cells of my part of the claim there isn't any water ways they are in the south west or possibly eastern parts of Hermits 4-20/17 claim so a waterfall would only be suitable in those areas.

The only thing that needs doing on my claim is the vertex shading needs re-diong and the grasslands prolly need a little pruning as I overdid the wild grass a little.

I don't want anything doing to the forest, the mountain range and especially the daedric ruin since these are the main parts of my claim.

I think Hermit should have mentioned this to me first because all my part of the claim needs is a tidy up really so it fits with the surrounding areas.

The help is appreciated but I think we need to get together and go over the plan.

Yep that would be great ta! :D

The shrines coming along but its slow progress because of my busy schedule.

Just want to let you know that I will be unable to work on it for the next two weeks because I am doing extra work for a client in RL.

However I am aiming to get my demo of the shrine ready for the end of August (as I'll be on holiday for a month at the end of July).

:) Will sort out the work forums on sunday too!

The waterholes? I think you are referring to the ones in 4-20. Ask Hermit :)

Sorry Rodan the most up to date version is already on here but I am working for a client in my spare time so I can't update it yet. Besides RL_101 has kindly leant there help on the shading and tidying up because my last attempt at shading....well sucked :D

Anyway I'll be doing more work on it when I get time after this RL stuff.

Not a lot to do really, I need to match up the north road with the above claim, get it shaded and tidy up the plants n stuff.

Hermit wants to talk to me about an extension to the temple so we will get that sorted first.
