well I believe we'd need it, for silver weapons, silver armor, silverWARE, silver plates, silver cups, silver platters. There's a lot of silver stuff in Tamriel, and I think we should have something to make it all FROM. I mean there must be some silver deposits in Tamriel somewhere!

There needs to be silver deposits, but where is the real question.

Anybody know what type of environment silver is typically found IRL?

now adays silver is a byproduct of minning copper.

from what I can tel in my books gold and silver can be found all over the world in different amounts and sometimes together.

Skyrim id guess, dont know why just a hunch. there are loads of nordic silver weapons in BM. probibly shipped in from skyrim

Most silver comes from skyrim however after the huge silver mine was found in argonia a good deal of silver comes from there.
Yes we could use a silver mesh of some sort.

I think the big source of silver is from argonia. But can be found all trough morrowind. The reson theire is a lot of silver from Skyrim is because it works really good against werewolfs, so its small deposits heavly mined over theire.

I just made that up but sounds like fitting explantion.

I'll have to check with Nazz (he will know) but I'm prety sure that the silver mine in Argonia was never confirmed to have existed. Kind of an El-Dorado type thing.

Silver's usually foudn I thought slightly below ground, and in cool temperatures...at least that's all I remember hearing from my science teacher...

Silver is one of Black Marsh's best exports, second only to lumber. As for other provinces, we can only guess. Cyrodiil seems like another logical choice because of the vast amount of silver they use in silverware, candles, and armors.
