Here is my work. I wanted to get it to you tonight. I still have 12, the trader, to do, but here's 5,8,11, and 13.

K, I've seen this place and I must say it looks like shit. The basic was great but to many stupid jokes screwed it up. I think you should make a normal living town first and then apply the story line.
Comments;
On the story line,
You cant mine that close to water, the tunnels will be flooded. Make the rail way to the manor also a bit out of place.
To many suport struts, on the walls, the bridge and town entrance are just out of place. Doesnt fit in the game.
The manor inside the rock makes no sence either, nobody is going to carve his way trough a rock when theire is a perfect flad land behind him.
I've seen a harbor that looks artificially made. Solid rock comming up to suport some dock parts. Not to mention the ship in the harbor, it totaly looks like shit.
Also the barrels on the water side, totaly insane. The planters in town, great find if it was one planter but one for every person is unrealistic. Get some more clutter like boxes, cates, and other deatails.
Did I mention the harbor parts going up over the roof? You should stick to the haalu town style if you build a haalu town and keep your fantasy in check.
Now I could go on whit this list for a couple of pages but I can just summarize.
This sucks, remove all the things that you wouldnt see in balmora, suran or any other haalu town. Its not to limit new Idea's but this project has a lot of pepole working on it, if every body puts his own idea in it theire wont be a singel town that can qaulify as haalu.

Hey, I'm wondering Blad, where did you get that picture? There aren't any redoran/nord houses in here.
Prowler, I don't know about all of your things but some you're making too big a deal of. There's nothing wrong with adding some new things here or there to a town to make it a bit different from the others. What's so bad about some planters to make it look nicer than most Hlaalu towns? Also, the barrels and the docks on the buildings are there because of the wharf rats coming in. Obviously, they are for shielding arrows and getting high on the buildings so they have a good place to fire. And what's wrong with the new ship???
If you're saying that all hlaalu towns only should have hlaalu buildings and nothing else, then have you seen Narsis? There are many mixes of Velothi and Hlaalu with many new ideas from the objects.
