i've noticed that Azura has her creature form in morrowind, but what about Boethia, Vaernima, Molag bal, and all of the others?

Creature form? She appears as a dunmer woman in Morrowind, I would have prefered her DF appearance but Beth wanted a teen rating

The Princes can take on any form they want, you think Azura's really a dunmer woman? In Daggerfall she looked human, and was topless, and rather, erm, top-heavy. Hircine only appeared in different forms because he let you choose a certain aspect of him to fight and he then chose an appropriate appearance, his giant dude with horns wouldn't really work for the stealthier options. I would imagine that all the Princes will at some point be added as creatures, presumably their Daggerfall appearances will be used as they are the only reference for most of the Princes aside from the ones who have statues in Morrowind.
BTW Lesser Daedra and their allegiances, not a complete list obviously as this is a Morrowind book, of particular note is the spider daedra, presumably cut from the game at a late stage:
'The hunger is a powerful and violent lesser Daedra associated with Boethiah, Father of Plots -- a sinuous, long-limbed, long-tailed creature with a beast-skulled head, noted for its paralyzing touch and its ability to disintegrate weapons and armor. The winged twilight is a messenger of Azura, Goddess of Dusk and Dawn. Winged twilights resemble the feral harpies of the West, though the feminine aspects of the winged twilights are more ravishing, and their long, sharp, hooked tails are immeasurably more deadly. Spider Daedra are the servants of Mephala, taking the form of spider-humanoid centaurs, with a naked upper head, torso, and arms of human proportions, mounted on the eight legs and armored carapace of a giant spider. Unfortunately, these Daedra are so fierce and irrational that they cannot be trusted to heed the commands of the Spinner. As a consequence, few sorcerers are willing to either summon or bind such creatures in Morrowind.
Three lesser Daedra are associated with Mehrunes Dagon: the agile and pesky scamp, the ferocious and beast-like clannfear, and the noble and deadly dremora. The crocodile-headed humanoid Daedra called the daedroth is a servant of Molag Bal, while the giant but dim-witted ogrim is a servant of Malacath. Sheogorath's lesser Daedra, the golden saint, a half-clothed human female in appearance, is highly resistant to magic and a dangerous spellcaster.
Another type of lesser Daedra often encountered in Morrowind is the Atronach, or Elemental Daedra. Atronachs have no binding kinship or alignments with the Daedra Lords, serving one realm or another at whim, shifting sides according to seduction, compulsion, or opportunity.'
Also note that Atronach apparently is an alternate name for Elemental Daedra, they were called such in Daggerfall but for some reason the devs changed their names in Morrowind.

Because even the Princes don't look like the Princes.
I don't know what the default form of any of the Princes are, but since they can choose to take any form they wish, nobody knows exactly what they look like. Kind of like the Sistine Chapel; did Michaelangelo ever met God? No. He painted what he thought God would look like; artistic licensing. If a Prince is known for his cruelty, the artist will give him a shape that reflects cruelty. If a Prince is known for cunning, or nobility, the artist will give him a shape that reflects that.

godz
for molag bal there could be a huge beefed up daedroth, kinda cooler and more vishous lookin. ( a "GOD" version of the creature that it controlls would be cool.)The daedra princes on Vvardenfel all had their own creatures. Sheogorath had the golden saint I believe and Molag Bal the daedroth.

Molag Bal doesn't necessarily "control" the daedroths. They are simply in an allegiance with him.
I'm assuming that Oblivion will show us what the Princes (or at least what Mehrunes Dagon) looks like, because there's a screenshot of Oblivion, so it confirms that you will at one point enter the gate to Oblivion. I doubt that you'd ever meet the other Princes in the storyline of TR; they're not exactly drinking at the cornerclub, they are an extreme rarity. So I don't think we'd ever need to worry about what they look like, to tell you the truth. They send out their minions to do their dirty work.

The evil jackal (and kid) is another prince. Sheo's appearance is HP Lovecraft's bigger, nastier, and more self confident brother.yes thats true... i think sheogarath's represantation would be like some evel jackal thing... that would be sweet...
Princes can take any form, but have a preference. Azura prefers to appear sparely dressed, topless (though the US censorship authority an all these "concerned" evangelical nucases aparently forced her to be more moderate); Mephala prefers to appear sleazier than Azura (and with insct appendages somewhere); Mehrunes Dagon obviously is a Mortal Kombat fan (I mean ... just look at him ...at Goro ... at him again ... see?).
Daedric princes (and Aedra) have distinct 'default' appearances they often choose; it's a physical representation of the traits they represent. They can take other forms to fool mortals, but I guess that's some effort to them, and they're lazy, so they appear in 'default' form most of the time.

Re: the Princes' appearances, I think we should re-introduce the summoning of the Princes that was available in Daggerfall, IIRC you had to find out a quite complicated ritual to perform and it would only work on one day of the year the apppointed day of that Prince, they would then give the player the usual sort of quest with a cool item in reward. Though most of those items have found their way into Divayth Fyr's hands for some reason...

Or - he acquired those items from the unknown hero of Daggerfall ... AFAIK, you could choose race and sex there, as you could in Morrowind, so it'll be an "unknown" figure in lore ... like the Nerevarine.

Heh. when I first saw Sheogratj, I thought "hey, someone likes HPLovecraft". Him being daedra of insanity ... well, I felt reinforced in that. The turn-of-the-century attire, the madness, the teacup ... can't be councidence.
Herma Mora looks like a baby Soggoth, if you ask me.
And I maintain my claim that Mehrunes Dagon is the spitting image of Goro's.

I'm sorry but I must say Huh!?
Superstring theory don't really apply in TES, and if you wanna know what Oblivion is read the cosmology section on The Imperial Library, straight from the devs, it's an infinitely large sphere surrounding Nirn, but while being infinite it has an edge, outside it is another infinitely large sphere - Aetherius.
BTW when did Mortal Kombat come out? Maybe Goro's a rip-off of Mehrunes Dagon, though probably not. Daggerfall came out in '96 and I'm pretty sure MK is older.

Yes, most are well aware that Daedroth is the singular form of Daedra but it is also a generic low level Daedroth, called ironically enough a Daedroth. The term is not used very much anymore due to ignorance on the part of 99.9% of the inhabitants of the official forums so I don't think the devs are that bothered with correct word etymology anymore if no one appreciates it except a few lore buffs who like their fantasy language linguistics. You know, the kind of person who's actually fluent in Quenya and Sindarin. (If you don't know what those are I suggest you read the Silmarillion)
