Ok, Ill start whith the upper floor first,
-scrole bleeds into the ample pod beneath it, both float
-scales float
-why are thre rocks here? unless there is a good reson for them they should be removed
-the lower pillow(on the bed of course)floats, plus why are there 2 pillows anyway?
-the closet makes no sense behind the bed, sinse it is unaccesible
-small chest( by crate) bleeds into the floor
now for the middle section
-there is an imperial book in here, since the telvany hate imperials this should be removed
-"ansestors of the dunmer" bleeds whith "historyof the empier"
-below the sabl e a sack is strangely positioned and bleeds badly into the floor
-the mournhold planter should not be here
now for the lower story
-the rug floats
-dresser bleeds into the wall
-this has lots of errors and is very messy, 6.5
-this hes to be fixed before we can even think about merging

a) The plug-in is very dirty and references a number of cells, statics, etc.

Starting at the bottom and going up:
-The lighting is at default and looks really bad
-The in_t_s_djamb_plain is not a good match here as it causes the door to bleed with the wall. in_t_housepod_djamb_exit might work better
-Furn_de_rug_big_02 is floating
-De_P_Chest_02_Books "chest of books for general sale". So the manor owner is a bookseller who steals chests from Jobasha?
-The collection of containers by the door are: books, empty, empty, iron armor, wickwheat, 100 gold. This is an interesting assortment of random stuff...
-ex_t_awning_02 sticks through the floor
-I see rocks, why are they here?
-de_r_closet_01_nermarc whoah, thats a lot of enchanted items for a random manor owner to have shoved in their entryway.
-_sg_Siri_p_Drawers_Clth: 1-this should be a de_r set of drawers. 2-why make a new object when an existing one has the same things included inside it?
-_sg_Siri_p_Drawers_Clth bleeds into the walls
-The entryway has no seating, no tables, no lighting...
-in_t_manor_stairs_01 would look better than in_t_stairs_strt_256 because the manor stairs have the barked branch that matches with the manor walls and floors.
-com_sack_01_saltrice_5 under stairs bleeds into other sack
Second floor:
-Furn_Planter_MH_03 is out of place. use a de_planter
-the grass and the fern in the planter float, and the grass, fern, and flower bleed together
-bk_AncestorsAndTheDunmer bleeds into table and other books
-overall book selection is not very telvanni at all: Brief History of the Empire?
-com_sack_03_saltrice_10 bleeds into floor and table and is angled strangely
-There are no lights on this floor
Top Floor:
-Here's all the lights. They don't look very good.
-_sg_Siri_light_candle_01_off is a re-do of a common candle. Also, if it is off, why does it have a colony blue light associated with it
-TR_light_de_paper_lantern doesn't need a blue_pulse light associated with it
-_sg_Siri_misc_pillow is angled strangely. Again, why make a new pillow when there's already one?
-active_com_bed_02 isn't the right bed. Use a de_r or de_pr bed here please.
-The bed is shoved in a corner with no walking path
-de_r_drawers_01_shalset is crammed behind the bed. Here is one time that making a new container would be needed (make one with the name of the NPC that lives here) but for once the existing container is used
-What's the chitin dagger doing stabbed in the nice set of drawers?
-furn_de_p_table_04 should be replaced with a de_r table
-ebony staff shouldnt be sitting there on the cheap table
-tr_ingred_blackrose_petal - its standing there like its growing out of the table
-lichen does not grow in planters
-The alembic floats
-the potions are too densely clustered
-ingred_bc_ampoule_pod is floating
-sc_selisfieryward is leaning oddly on the ampoule pod
-furn_de_p_chair_02_UNI1 should be replaced with de_r chairs (the "UNI" things shouldn't even be used anyways..)
c) I give this claim a 3. I know a 3 is harsh but here's my reasoning: If I wanted to eat, what would i eat with, there are no plates, bowls, forks, knives. If I wanted to drink, what would I drink with? There are no cups or pitchers as well as no drinks. The furniture is mismatched. The awning shouldn't even be there. The bed is shoved in a corner and isnt a "de" bed at all. The dressers are inaccessible. There are random containers made when they don't need to be and not made when they need to be. The lighting is bad.

3) I do not think that we should include this claim in TR. I know I sound harsh. Normally I am a nice guy but this is really bad. Normally I recommend sending the bad claims back to the people who made them for editing. However on this one I believe the best way to do it would be to scrap it, and have somebody else finish it.

I honestly don't know who made this claim. I never look that stuff up because I would like to stay objective when I review. If whoever made this claim is a reviewer also and reads my review then I apologize to you. Maybe you had an off day - I know I've had them. I've made some pretty awful stuff in my time modding too. If it turns out that the maker of this claim has made some decent other stuff, then it should go back to them for fixing. If not, have somebody else do it.
