Welcome to the project.

As far as i know, all NPCs for map 1 are done and NPCs for map 2 aren't open yet. However, map 2 interiors are all nearly finished and when they've passed review map 2 NPC claiming will be open for the masses. So if you're a little patient, I'm sure there'll be plenty of NPCs to claim later on. Perhaps you can do interiors in the meantime, or you can find something else to claim.
