Yeah, they're daedric runes / letters whatever, but they don't have any meaning, just got up with something i remembered from Morrowind.

I thought we wouldn't have to draw the real islamic style of architecture... why not change it a bit? Thats what i did with this tower.

Redguard also die, won't they? Well, a noble one has to be buried in a noble grave. But the Islamic always build tombs in the desert, like this one. I can't remember them burying their deads in a cave, like the Dunmer do.

Imperial Helmets. (From the imperial legion ofcourse) I tried to give them some kind of hammerfell feeling. I don't know how Oblivion ends, (possibly with the whole empire not existing anymore) but if Imperial presence in Hammerfell stays after the MQ of Oblivion, they should have a special "hammerfell armor".

Enjoy, and thanks for the feedback on the temple drawing. I really appreciate that

Speaking of daedrick alphabet, would it be acceptable to make up a new font for hamerfell? If you look on some of my drawings, they have letters/words in one of my own languages, and it fits ok in hammerfell.
I love your tomb concept! However, would it be practical to advertise tombs like this? Too looters it just screams "loot me!" it would be awesome if it was a bit like Egypt in terms of tombs, first they made ‘em large and lavish, but then that didn’t work so they dug them into cliffs and such.

the tower looks awesome... i like how you put the walkways outside of it... althought wouldn't it be hard to get a hold of wood in hammerfell... well, the south-west part at least?
and the tomb... oh man, i could just see myself looking at one of those from afar with dollar signs in my eyes, lol....

A wizard kinda 'invented' this plant. He was killed while travelling trough the alik'r desert. Some of the seeds fell out of his pocket, and the Death Cacta was quickly spread out.
A thirsty traveller is atracted by its nice colors, but the liquid inside is ordinary poison. The drinker will be killed in a few seconds.

'Hammerfellian' Gate. As requested.

Yokudan/Hammerfell style blades. (Since in Oblivion these weapons will all be called blade)

Sorry for the big images, but Imageshack was screwed up tonight so i had to use Photobucket. You'll not hear too much from me next week, i'm very, very, very, busy with school. But its just for a week, i'll be back after.
Greetz, Vholdrian.
EDIT: Made links, as requested. Hope this solves problems

the blades have an interesting shape, but to be entirely honest, most of them look too flimsy for combat. the scimitar and claymores would snap off near the hilt (it's a common problem even with thick swords that see too much percussive action), and the points of the short swords and daggers would probably be in shards before long. that's my personal opinion, anyway. i could perhaps see these as high-damage weapons with low tolerance, requiring frequent maintenance for efficiency.

those are some cool lookin swords... although i have to agree with xrb23... they are a bit too narrow at some points.... but then again, it is just a game
anyways... i was teaching myself how to model with a 3d program (i have a
lot of time on my hands) and decided to try to model something.... so i thought the temple u made earlier on was cool, and did that.... although its not finished because i found out the cheap program i dled of the net
didn't texture well (if not at all)....
... so i just, well... stopped, lol

PS... the program i used was "Anim8or"...

I have a simple request. First, put the link instead of direct [img] for the pictures that are too large. Good job on the swords too, by the way, I really like the thin claymore. It seems like a good idea to have a faster than normal claymore, saying my character happens to be a fast fighter, I sort of personally like the idea for my own gain...

Hereby:
Everyone is permitted to model whatever he likes i draw, or redraw something i've drawn or whatever you want to do with my art, just don't use it on your own name
ANd its just a game
Oh, and the temple looks great Jack. Really great
.
Greetz,
Vholdrian (I have only 5 minutes to reply coz of schoolwork so i did this quickly)
EDIT: Ey jack, maybe you could make the tower behind the main building of the temple a little lower. (not that i've drawn it that way, but no i've seen a 3d model, i think that may be looking better)

The Walls are to precise. They would look better a littler more rounded.

Besides that, its pretty cool. I'm honored
If you want, you can make combination of it. Isn't that just copy 'n pasting? Like the stairs on another place, remove the tower, make the tower bigger, place the tower somewhere else... just do what you want. My work is not copyrighted
