I think this is what the Dragonstar city gates look like (from Shadowkey)...

From what else I've seen of Dragonstar and surrounding places (Azra's Crossing, Snowline, etc.), the archtecture in the far north of Hammerfell is largely wood and stone (no clay, mud, etc. found there), and rather conservative (no domes, minarets, etc.)

*shoots Mr. S.O.B.*

Nah, just joking. :) Your stuff is not always horrible, and the hackle-lo pipe is in OoT now, so you know at least one of your concept art was fulfilled!

Your most recent picture isn't very clear, however. It's a coif, but where do the face go when it's worn? Does that floating scarf thingie attach to the other side to protect the mouth (that's how I interpret it) or something else?

Try to put several views of an item -- front, back, side, top, worn, put on a coat-hanger, etc. -- so that it's easier to visualize how it works.

See, your talent may not be excellent like other artits, but you have good ideas. As long as you can get the idea through, keep drawing. You might have some sweet ideas that you could try to vissualize for us.

here is a new concept i thought might make an intristing addition to OoT it's a desert rose

Barite is a common mineral and makes very attractive specimens. It often is an accessory mineral to other minerals and can make a nice backdrop to brightly colored crystals. At times bladed or tabular crystals of Barite form a concentric pattern of increasingly larger crystals outward. This has the appearance of a flower and when colored red by iron stains, these formations are called "Desert Roses".
