I guess I am the new guy. Well i found your work while looking up maps on google. I figured I didn't have much to give you, until I found the place where you said you wanted writers. So here I am. I don't know if I'm any good, but thats ok, I can at least try. I also consider myself, if not great, fair with computers, and I once used the MWCS to make my own cave system, so I know a little bit about it, but I would like some help in learning more, and where to start.

As a brief introduction here is how TR is layed out:
TR works as a multi-tier claiming system.
Phase 1.) Exterior claims are just that exteriors, with no interiors (currently not much available for claiming in this respect).
Phase 2.) Interior claims are made for all the buildings, sites, and ect. that are made in exteriors (currently the Indoril city of Almalexia has claims open, but we can probably expect more claims from the Imperial city of Old Ebonheart soon, both are on Map 3). No NPC's, creatures, pathgrids, or dialogue just the builidings and their contents. They need to be matched to the exterior shape and size (roughly), and a general description is provided of what the builiding should be for. Phase 3.) NPC claims are done after Interiors are finished. NPC's, creatures, specific dialogue (i.e. that which only your NPC will say), and pathgrids are added at this stage. [None currently available, Map 2 NPC's soon probably, that is the Temple city of Necrom, Imperial city of Darconis and small towns of the Houses Telvanni and Indoril border region]
Phase 4.) Quest claims allow one to create quests, they can modify and add NPC's, place new objects, and add scripts and dialogue as they pertain to the quest proposal. Currently Map1 is open to quest claims (Mostly Telvanni territory (including some very large Telvanni settlements), except for the Imperial city of Firewatch).
Phase 5.) Regional dialogue claims, these are the general things people in a city say, rumors, secrets, ect. None are open, and they will reamin so until quests are finished for Map1.
Independent of this is the development of new objects and books (though the above can spur such development). These serve as the foundation for adding new and uniques things to our game world. We have a collection of talented people who write and edit books at the literature forums (one of the links below).
