I may or may not have forgotten that I even had this claim.

Regardless, it should be done. I don't think I forgot anything. (Don't quote me on that)

Top floor is a seamstress... person. Bottom has potential to be whatever the eventual NPCer wants, but has leanings towards hunting or fishing.
