I'm going to make it a small hermit's house. He's going to have once been a warrior, but saw one of his bestr friends get killed by an enemy because he didn't talk which madehim become withdrawn and lonely, also unable to speak to other humans. However he will have rotten away by the time the player gets there so there will be his corpse some candles stone pitchers, goblets one or two cheap books, a fishing pole and a diary written by him about his war time expiriences. Also what wars were there around the telvanni "place" that he could have fought in?

Any inter-lord warfare, slave uprisings he could have helped put down, Twin Lamps raids, and an imperial incursion from Firewatch or some other city maybe.
He might also be a disgraced house guard captain or something who got caught in a typical telvanni intrigue.
Anyway, I'm sure you'll get something nice together. Have fun!
Granted. Happy modding!

I can't find the entrance for this...
EDIT: Found it! It's a regular cavern door, probably in in_mold or in_mud. Check the light settings for another cave in the original game if you want the light settings. It can take a while for things to be reviewed, if they're on Map 4 they won't be reviewed for a long time.

1) Map 1 interiors are top priority so no more than a week
2) Check the caves already ingame
3) Check the caves already ingame. Plus the facing of the door doesn't matter. The facing of North Marker does.

As far as the NorthMarker goes, you'll likely have to judge by the pic (or find the exterior from the modder who made it?). My best guess, is that the Northmarker should be rotated to about 30, but I'm guessing based off of what I think is the entrance in that pic, and assuming that you didn't rotate the entrance in your interior.
Submit for review? Or waiting on NorthMarker?
[Edit]No, don't submit for review. I took a look at it, and I think it still needs some more detailing, not to mention some major bleeders and floaters taken care of. ("furn_de_shack_hook" is floating in the middle of the room, the corpse's foot is bleeding through a log pretty badly, and the note needs to be submitted for a grammar and lore check, I think) (Not an official review, BTW, just some of the things that would get this claim returned for fixing)

Used wrong IDs on the note (should be TR_m1_sc_something), used in_py cave although you was said to use mold or mud, candle bleeds into the shelf, overall it lack the detail. Oh and of course candles will be burning for ages.

I. TESAME: Clean.
II. Loading: No problems in CS, or gameplay.
III. General: Ligh Settings have not been changed correctly. Go to World>Interior, and change the r, g, b values for fog, ambient and sun to match those of probably those caves you find near Gnisis.
IV. Main Review:
i. Room:
-Lantern is on the wrong side of the doorjamb.
-Needs more detailing.
-The candlestick partially sinks into the shelf.
V. CONCLUSION: Well done. I really liked the note. It seems very interesting. Only question is how the blood stained note got to the hermit house?
FINAL RATING: 8/10. I This could be a 9 or 10 if detailed a lot more extensively. Add a table and cutlery. Didnt catch any floaters.

I don't know if he was able to even take a look at the problems that were mentioned in the thread. He might not have even been done with it after our posts, but didn't get around to removing "yea, its done" from the description. Actually... I think I mentioned NOT to submit this for review, and Stalker also pointed out some things... oh well...
TESAME: Clean
Errors Loading: None
Lighting:Needs fixing
Northmarker:NONE
Pathgrids/NPCs/Creatures:None (doesn't need any either... its currently too small)
General Errors:
- cave is too small(?)
- needs lots of detailing, and maybe even expanded upon. According to the note (which actually doesn't make much sense) its a smuggler's cave(?);this seems rather small for smugglers to be working out of it. (ah wait... a Hermit's house... never got that impression when I was looking at it...);
- TR_dead_man's_diary01 needs to be checked for lore and grammar. I have a feeling it might have problems with both
- p_fortify_health_b looks odd standing upright. Needs to be rotated such that it looks like it fell over
- p_chameleon_b needs to be rotated slightly to rest better upon the plank its on
Replace/Remove:
- replace all pycave pieces with mold or mud ones
- light_tikitorch003; it looks odd in such a small, non-descript cave
- furn_com_torch_ring_01 and light_com_lantern_01; it couldn't have been placed on the torch holder the way it is; the handle of it wouldn't have fit over the ring; further, this error occurs on the OUTSIDE of the door. Its not even inside the cave, exactly
- Light_Com_Candle_01_64; this looks odd in this cave as well; if this guy's dead, who lit the candles and torch?
- either delete in_pycave_doorway and replace it with a natural exit tile (or similar) and move the door to match it, or use door_cavern_doors10 instead. Whichever one matches the exterior.
- in_py_rock_06 it can't even be currently seen, as it is positioned outside the cave
- furn_de_roped_pole_01; what are they there for?
- furn_de_ex_stool_01; what are they there for? this is a cave, not an outdoor social club... (ah, right... hermit's house... they still look odd...)
Floaters/Bleeders:
- Light_Com_Candle_01_64 bleeds into the plank its on
- the logs here don't really make sense, but if there's a reason for their existance, they bleed into each other badly, and float slightly at the same time
- furn_log_04 is bleeding into the skeleton's foot, and into the ground too much
- furn_de_shack_hook; there are TWO of them, and they are both floating out in the middle of the interior, near absolutely nothing
- some of the planks with the bedroll on them float above the floor, while others bleed nicely (This is a case where I would suggest bleeding them into the floor slightly).
- Ex_De_Shack_Plank_03; the one slanted, and resting on a pole above the candle that needs to be removed, bleeds into a rock, and into the pole its on; the one that the candle is resting on floats slightly
- contain_corpse10 bleeds into the ground
Rating: 2.4
Needs a lot of work. This cave, as it is, is pretty much worthless to the player. There's only one real tile, and no creatures to fight, no one to talk to, and nothing interesting to see. The only thing that could possibly peak anyone's interest in this cave is the note, which, to be honest doesn't even make sense. Lots of fixing to be done before even considering inclusion.
