Besides the fact that it's rather crude, the head is a tad too round and seems rather disproportionate to the rest of the body in my opinion... otherwise gj I guess (not really into these kind of things myself).

Also horo, your posts would be MUCH more easy on the eyes if you put a blankspace between your sentences.

Bad luck mang. You'll have to find someone with the right tools to export it for you.

ps have you textured the model

It's cute, so as it is now it looks more like a caterpillar than like a snake.

But since there's now a moratorium on EoT, you'll have plenty of time to work on it before submissions are open again!

yeah, it is a bit of a lumpy snake really... but it's good for a start! keep on fiddling with it and see if you can make it more snake-like, maybe. :)

For a swamp snake, use this pic as reference.

To be honest, I don't really like that mesh, I don't think a 'cute' swamp snake would be much of a good addition, and the mesh looks very lumpy and artifical. However, I do think you've hit on a good idea, in that a large snake or slug-like creature with big teeth would be a 'fun' thing to meet in a swamp. Especally if it happened to like to hang out so most of it was invisible under the water, and sneak up on the player.
Claims completed:
Yashazmus, Shrine of Mehrunes Dagon
Mzankh, Dwemer Ruin
Nchazdrumn, Dwemer Ruin
Sirrilas, Shrine of Mephala
Moriken, Abandoned Dunmer Stronghold
Old Necrom Morag Tong GH
Darconis Diamond Mine
Assorted other boring claims.

Looks like a smiling caterpillar with dracula teeth. It could be a new pokemon but I don't think that it could be a new creature for Morrowind. Unless we will make it an easter egg for the player..

Maybe it'll look better if you retexture it a bit.

Try making the head less round, and placing the eyes on the side of the head, will make it look more "snake-like"

I would have put it into a prone position to animate it. i.e. not curled up like that, but straight. But hey, it's your model.

That is much better though it still doesn't look like a snake but a caterpillar with sharp teeth. And it still needs some texturing.

here's a pick of a snake-head :) could be usefull. [url=http://images.google.nl/imgres?imgurl=http://www.whozoo.org/AnlifeSS2001/jacqking/DiamondPyHead010903_3611.JPG&imgrefurl=http://www.whozoo.org/AnlifeSS2001/jacqking/&h=960&w=1280&sz=286&tbnid=jESFmtMhbRcJ:&tbnh=112&tbnw=150&hl=nl&start=3&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dpython%2Bhead%26svnum%3D10%26hl%3Dnl%26lr%3D]click[/url]

For textures you could check out the wilderniss mod, and ask permission to use their snake textures.

EDIT; i found some realy nice snake textures but i can't upload them for some reason.

Sure does. However it's still to large for the body, and the snake seems kinda stumpy as well (elongate/thin out the body if possible). Mouth needs some work as well, though you're certainly heading in the right direction.

Also once again, your sentences would be oh som much easier to read if you had a space in between them.

The head is better but needs to be reduced in scale slightly, to make the snake look less like a tadpole. And maybe the eyes could be put even further apart a little bit.

Ok! The body will be modifyed. First I must make it a bit longer. And the mouth will be the same. I am not doing a simple snake. I want to make something more S.F. ;) And I don't see what's the problem with the eyes.

The eyes on your snake are on the top of the head. You see here, that the eyes of real snakes are on the sides. The way your snake is now, he wouldn't have a very good field of vision.

I've been watching it since it was the "cute" snake with the little vampire fangs. Its coming along very nicly, i like the mudish design on it that would work as camoflauge in muddy swamps and ponds. Hmmm, maybe you should make him longer, he does look like a just went through segmentation.
