Famous Cities of Morrowind
To the East lie Telvanni Isles. Located on the largest of the Isles is the capital city of Great House Telvanni, Port Telvannis. Easily dwarfing the other large Telvanni settlements, Port Telvannis is the epicenter of the entire region. The massive living city is dominated by the tower of Tel Thenim, where the powerful head of the Telvanni makes residence. Also in Port Telvannis, one can find the Mouths of the other Telvanni Councilors in the Council Hall. Most of the massive city is built off the ground, with living shoots snaking their way around the structures providing elevated walkways. Regardless of the resentment the Telvanni harbour towards outsiders, in 3E 288 the city was an important supply depot for Emperor Uriel V’s invasion of Akavir.

Please come and submit yours. Base it off of the Tamriel Rebuilt work, as the intention of this is to give a little memory to the work done in the TESIII engine, after we move on to TESIV.
I would like these cities done. Please do not go beyond 150 words.

I noticed your information on Port Telvannis is entirely oriented upon the city itself and it's layout, then the last sentence is suddenly about history. The shift is too sudden in my opinion. If you're going to give historical information, I believe you should elaborate on it a lot.
wisdom is the horizon, and philosophy is the road that leads there.

I would like to do that, however, simply having a dozen places at 300 words each is simply too much. I fear that it will lose people's attention. But yeah, I will try and make it less subtle.
'What if man is not really a scoundrel - man in general, I mean, the whole race of mankind - then all the rest is prejudice, simply artificial terrors and there are no barriers and it's all as it should be.'
Question: Since Vivec wasn't touched by TR, and you said base it off of TR work where possible, I was thinking, should this city even be on the list? I mean we don't edit it at all, and this, as far as I can tell, is a tribute to TR work...so why add a tribute to Bethesda?

Agree. I suggest that instead of one book we could make several leaflets "Guide to...". Thus we would keep in Bethesda tradition and would not have to worry about Vvardenfell cities as they have their guides already.
Moreover you could afford to include more information about history and practical info about current shops and services as well (perhaps map as well?).

I do agree with not adding it, because it is not TR made, but it is however, too epic to simply forget.

And yet again. What is your stance on this at the moment, Xui'al?

Vivec
The seat of Dunmer power in Vvardenfell, Vivec City is a city comprised of stunning examples of Velothi architecture. The massive cantons dominate the southern skyline and harbor entire cities within each of their massive structures. The people of Vivec are constantly busy in the halls of the cantons, and the Ordinators are notorious for their dislike toward outlanders. The Patriarch of the Tribunal Temple resides in this famed city along with the god-king Vivec himself..
Some places of note include the Ministry of Truth, a prison inside of a suspended moon; the High Fane, where the Archcanon makes his residence; and the Palace of Vivec, home to the warrior-poet and his famed Puzzle Canal. The other cantons provide shelter to the people of Vivec City and the three major Great Houses.

Couple of minor things:

The other cantons provide shelter to the people of Vivec City and the three major Great Houses on Vvardenfell.
